I'm using this link p2.freedns.controld.com as a private DNS to block ads on both my Samsung Galaxy S24 and Galaxy Tab S9 FE Plus. I found it on Reddit once and used it ever since, never configured it or anything

Now I've noticed on my tablet that ads in games somehow get through when they didn't before. The weird thing is it still works perfectly fine on my Samsung Galaxy S24. I even tried it out by playing some games on it and never got an ad

I found this subreddit through Google and thought this might be the right place to ask this. Does someone maybe have a solution for this?

I'm looking for a song that I've got stuck in my head. Not sure what year it's from but I assume it'd be from the 2010s but it could be older

I remember that a man sang this song and that it was fast paced at least the main part. I think he sang something along the lines of "baby come undone" it could also be that he sang "baby why don't you just come undone?"several times in a row. It kind of reminds me of Cake on the Ocean but it had a different melody

Also iirc the song was sung in a bit of a higher pitch. It also had a pretty recognizable melody because I really don't know any other song with a similar melody. What I do know is that it was a pop song

I've got that song stuck in my head for a few days now. I just want to listen to it again

So I would like to have an extension that blocks any redirects on all sites, is toggable and doesn't leave a big banner on the top of a site like noredirect-II does
Can you recommend me any extensions that meet my expectations?

I would like to read the Manga and found out it's on Manga Plus. The thing with Manga Plus though is that when I last used it didn't have all the chapters of the Manga I read and only a selective few

The reason why I'm asking this is because I don't want to spend any money and only find out later they don't have all of them. Also another question, could it be also region locked or can you confirm the full manga is available in Germany?

Hi everyone been using Suwayomi for a few days now and am using the Atsumaru extension to read my mangas. I'm using the Web GUI that's included in the Windows version

I would just like to know how I can remove the borders of the pages just like in Mihon or Aniyomi. Does Suwayomi even have that feature?

Btw yes I did check the megathread and the guidelines and also googled for a solution but couldn't find anything so far

Hi good evening everyone,

I have an issue with my Vivobook Go 15 laptop. Sometimes it doesn't go into standby mode when it's plugged in but keeps running in the background

I'm on Windows 11 and even checked the battery settings and everything's on default, meaning my laptop should actually enter standby mode when I close the lid but it won't. All LEDs are still on and the fan is running like crazy for some reason

Does someone how I can fix this?

I don't want my laptop to run over night because sometimes I close my laptop mid watching a Twitch stream and instead of pausing the stream I just close my laptop's lid

Just wanted to install a game on my PC with the Google Play Games app but I always get "Couldn't install the game please try again later error message" it doesn't even download anything, it's just stuck on pending and then just refuses to install any games

I'm on Windows 11 btw

Couldn't find any solutions for this and most of the results I found were outdated anyway

I started reading a web novel using the app and the top of the page is covered with distracting comments moving across the top of the page

I already googled it and couldn't find any solution for the app. I'm on Android and using the app on my Galaxy Tab S9 FE+

I'm not signed in if that's of any importance. So my question now is how do I turn off these distracting comments?

I'm currently re-reading The Goblet of Fire in English. I never read the books in my native language which is German. In German the word armpit is called Achsel whcih is similarly pronounced to axle and axel

So whenever I read the line

>he had evidently tried to tame his hair, using large quantities of what appeared to be axle grease.

I always thought he put his armpit sweat in his hair which always made me gag a little whenever I read the line. I didn't know that axle grease meant something completely different than what I understood

Needless to say I'm a bit embarrassed about it because I just found out now after doing a quick research to find out if I even understood the word correctly or if it's something completely different

I'm looking for an alternative to Audio Book Shelf that doesn't make my ebooks look tiny and the audio book player huge

I have my audio books and ebooks stored locally on my laptop and would just like to listen to the audio books while reading the ebook. Of course the program should support the chapters of the audio book files, automatically rewind when stopping mid word and it should also support the chapter structure of ebooks and also have the feature to increase the font size

Do you have any recommendations?

I know this is probably one of the most asked questions. I'm thinking of getting an Odin 3 Max 512GB edition. The thing is I really like my Thor but the form factor was never meant for one screen games yes I get that you can have a guide on the lower screen but tbh the font is sometimes way too small for me to read

The thing is if I get one I plan to play some lightweight PC games, I don't expect it to run any triple A games but how noticeable is the internal storage downgrade with Switch and PC games?

I want to play games like Death's Door, Monster Train, maybe Octopath Traveller and Hades 2 if it can run that

I'm currently listening to the Harry Potter audiobooks and prefer to read the book alongside listening to the audio book. I just managed to add the ebook to Audiobookshelf but the ebook itself is a bit cramped because I'm also playing the audio books from ABS. I'm still fairly new to ABS btw and just set it up a couple of days ago

So my question now is, is there a way to read the book in fullscreen while also listening to the audio book through ABS? The problem is that my F11 button has a different option than it normally does on Windows PCs and laptops. My F11 button is a shortcut for Snipping Tool. Always having to launch fullscreen through my browser's setting is a bit annoying
