I personally liked the writing, I really like how we get to know each of the characters problems and in generak, get to know them better, as well as the bits of world building they also give us.

The Imperium of Man (Warhammer) attempts to invade The City (Project Moon). Could they succeed?

The Imperium of Man from the 41st millennium decides to conquer every district of The City, believing it to be a lost human colony corrupted by Chaos. In response, all of The City's districts unite to repel the invasion.

If The City continues to resist, the Imperium may deploy increasingly powerful forces, including the Space Marine Legions. Exterminatus will only be used as a last resort; however, if it comes to that, it will count as a loss for the Imperium.

Neither side has any prior knowledge of the other's capabilities. Can The City successfully defend itself against the Imperium?

Why did XGaster invade the main UNDERTALE timeline?

Why did he have to invade the main UNDERTALE timeline just to restart the shit he did in XTale? Like, why didn't he just return to XTale and rebuild the AU from scratch, considering the things OVERWRITE can do?

It's been a REALLY long time since I've watched UNDERVERSE that I've forgotten some bits and pieces of the story.
