27M, suplemnting 300mg thiamine hcl daily, for 4 weeks but now my heart rate has gone up like 30 beats per minute, i am taking magnesium and other b vitamins.

27M, suplemnting b12, b1 , folate and magnesium, for 3 months , initially i was getting better but then fatigue and headaches came back, someone said its potassium demand, when k tracked my potassium it was less than 1200mg daily.

Now the question is since i have trouble eating due to stomach issue is 500mg slow release tsblet a safe option or, will it cause any harm?

27M, was supplemnting wothout potassium eventhough i have seen .ajor improvemnts but i was always tired with racing heart rate and experienced muscle loss.

The problem is whenever i take potassium (even just one glass of coconut water) my heart rate drops from 90 to 60 this big of a jump tells me either i have adequate potassium and dont need supplemnting or the problem lies somewhere else.

27M, i have noticed alot of improvement in my stomach issues and sinus congestion, die off symptims extreme anger was there in first two dose but now i am on my 4th dose and i feel nothing.

I was given fluconazol by dermatologist for dermatitis but it healed my other issues.

Should i continue for another dose? And for how long

27M, started supplementing b1 (hcl) 100mg twice a day 3 weeks ago, have seen improvement but i want the energy my brain had years ago to be back, stress was never an issue for me, i believe when the nerves and brain are strong enough they can counter any stress. But ever since 3 years of undiagnosed b12, b9 and b1 deficiency i have not been myself, first i did 4 months of b12 and one month of b9 (cant tolerate folate), and now a month of b1 with cofactors but i am just tired now.

26M, fluconazol by my third dose, lowered my heart rate and bp , oncreased my appetite which i had lost 3 years ago, relieved my sinus pressure of 3 years.

Afraid to stop medication, because i havnt felt this relaxed in 3 years and it feels scary that something wrong is happening.

26M , taking

1. b12 500-1000mcg for 4 months

2. Magnesium 200mg for 2 months

3. B1 2 weeks 100-200mg thiamine hcl

4. B2 100mg every other day

5. Zinc gluconate 50mg everyother day

6. Nicotinamide 100mg every 3rd day with cofactor b1,b2 and b6

7. B6 5mg after every 3 days, makes me sleepy and when i was taking it for long my skin improved and sebohorric dermatitis also improved

Symptoms:

1. Fatigue extreme

2. Muscle loss

3. Headache throughout the day

4. Confusion, not able to listen to anyone zoning out fast out of conversationa

5. Resting heart rate 80-95, and bp 115/85 or 130/85

Gets less to 110-75

Salted lemonade makes me feel relaxed but it raises bp and makes my body feel tight internally.

Had RFT done last month potassium was at 5.5 then 5.1 (since potassium is highly regulated i believe i might have cellular deficiency or it could be due to wrong handling of sample)

So do i need potassium or something else?

27M, after recently starting fluconazol and nasal rinses, i am seeing hard white mucus balls, small in size come out of during rinuses. They are so hard that they wont dissolve in water. Can i assume that these dried sinus balls are stuck in my frontal sinuses and goving me migraines?

27M, took 50mg fluconazol and for the first time in years my sinus pressure and gone down, my migraine in less and i can breath plus i dont have weak stomach. No doctor would take me seriously because ive found doctors to be arrogant they will prescrive same medicine again and again but wont think logically abiut the next thing.

Will this cause liver damage?

27M , ive boticed that when i do mouth breathing my belly goes up and its more automatic while when i do nose breathing my chest goes up and the breaths are not full.

I have sinus tightness since last two year but the things i mentioned above are there since teenage. Had b1 and b12 defieicny which km treating and im much better. Apart from this there is nothing else medicslly wrong.

My brain broke when i thought about these, in islam you are advised not to think about things that bring doubt in religion and i said thats exactly the thing you should be looking into.

27M, non smoker suffered from Ibs for 3 years and recrntly found out i have mold toxiciity as well for which i took a fluconazol yesterday.

My bp has fluctuated alot in last 2 years ,

1. It used to be 140-90 then after taking b12 and b1 for deficiency and ibs it came down to 110-60 but my heart rate went up to 90-100bpm.

2. Since im taking vitamins and cofactors i realised i was taking less salt in my diet , when i drink salted lemondae my heart rate drops to 60-70 and my bp become 130-90

I know its not something to be worried about in the short run but any tips for lowering it back.

3. Im taking b1,b2,b12, magnesium for supplements

4. When i drink lots of water it lowers my systolic to 100-105 while doastolic remians 85-90.

i was not knowing anything about mold and thought its just a seam issue. Please someone guide me through candida protocol/fluconazol

27M finally i have found the answer to my years long migraine , sinus and stomach issues apart from vitamin deficiencies. I took 50mg fluconazol and ot gave me relief and i creid from relief, although it was followed by anger which i guess is a med symptom

Someone guide me on points:-

1. What to expect under medication (mental and physical symptoms)?

2. Frequency to take 50mg and for how long (ENTs are useless they dismissed my claim like they have veen doing for 3 years) because once i took 150mg and it sent me to ER

3. Diet (apart from cutting sugar).

27M (,addicted since 12), had a fight with dad FINALLY !!!! Its like a gate opened up inside me and i am relaxed calm , i have not felt the need to watch anything for one month. Im getting normal feelings and memories from my childhood.

I cried last night from relief , im more out giing now, more happeir in conversations. I want to write for an hour but i just wanted to let it out somewhere. Thank you for your time reading.
