USB ports on case not working properly

I use the Montech AIR 903 BASE, and the front 2 USB 3.0 ports have not been working properly. While they work fine with my Xbox controller, the moment I try and plug it in to my phone, it either stops charging after a few seconds, or it takes an absurdly long amount of time to charge when it does work (I've tried this with multiple phones). When I try and transfer files and plug it in with a data transfering charger it repeatedly connects and disconnects spamming popups on my pc. The phone and cables work fine, but the ports are messed up. Are there any fixes for this? The computer is brand new so I'm thinking about just contacting them.

Tomodachi life crashing after connecting a controller

When I launch the game it defaults to keyboard, which is annoying but I've just been changing it to my xbox controller. For some reason, today when I tried it just crashed. It works or at least runs when using a keyboard but I refuse to learn how to play with a keyboard. Any known fixes? I've only seen one other person Acknowledge this.

How to set up emudeck on linux mint cinnamon

Okay so I couldn't actually figure out how to get my games running So I haven't done any of that yet And i'm just on the home screen right now. I have tried so many tutorials , but all of them are for the steam deck which do not work. I'm trying to play plants for zombies for Xbox 360, I have the file already downloaded to my computer called Plants_vs_Zombies_XBLA_XBOX360-XBLAplus. I genuinely don't know what i'm supposed to be doing, I tried putting every variation of that Folder And every single file in it Into the Xbox 360 roms, and It will not launch. I tried checking out the steam rom manager And it is so incoherent i'm not even gonna try. Like , i'm surprised I haven't been able to find a tutorial

Any Recommendations for pc's based on what i need

Ive had the same prebuilt pc since 2019 that isnt very good (no clue how ive survived this long) and im looking for an upgrade. i dont need anything crazy, infact i dont own any AAA games, just indie games like silksong, msm, deltarune, and my most demanding being batdr. ive read the guide, but i want to get peoples opinions who have already bought a prebuilt. i dont want to spend more money then i need to, but it would also be nice to be able to have options and not be too limited (i might get rdr2 ngl). i want somthing that can be upgraded, nothing soldered to the motherboard or anything. i plan on using linux XFCE. budget is 800$, but i could go a bit higher if needed

Completely new, looking to build a pc

For the past 7ish years I've used the same windows 10 pc and it's showing its age so why not get an upgrade. It was a pre-built I got as a gift, so I have no experience when it comes to building pcs or what any of the parts are and what to look for. I don't need anything to demanding, majority of my games I plan to play are indie (like silksong or deltarune) with my most demanding being batdr. I'm planning on installing Linux and using turbowarp and ultrabox. Any help with what parts I need and what to look for is appreciated as I'm very new. Please explain any parts you mention because chances are I have no idea. I'm also not sure what to even do with the parts once I get them, do I buy an empty pc case with slots where I put them or...? I am clueless and My current pc wants to die but I won't let it yet. budget is 600$ - 800$ CAD. money's not a problem so I could go to maybe 1000$, as long as it lasts
