Today I'm missing another hospital appointment because booking 2 wheelchair taxis 24 hrs in advance spaced 15 minutes apart, while trying uber WAV and Lyft Wheelchair rides for an hour, is simply not enough for a disabled person to get an
accessible ride to an appointment.

While I was furiously refreshing Uber and Lyft, I thought to myself "there has to be a a better way to do this"

Wheeltrans is the least reliable, showing up ontime about 1 out of 5 trips. Many times I have been left "stranded"

So is there a better solution?
The taxi companies had no suggestions to prevent this. After years of nonstop repeated missed appointments and extreme stress around leaving my home while just trying to get to my medical appointments , I'm fucking tired.

Looking for resources in Toronto for private trauma therapy with Psychologist or Social Worker. Can be virtual but would prefer the ability to attend in person too

Ive worked with psychotherapists and counsellors, and this is the planned next step for where im at currently

I can't wash my hair often enough to manage my seb derm due to a spinal injury in my neck, and am looking for something to help between washes.

Not looking for a miracle, just something to help my scalp reduce oil production even a little bit to help between washes.

*edit* I have a scalp condition and need to wash my scalp regularily or I develop welts. I have met with dermatologists, there is no solution.
I have cut off 8 inches during my 1x year haircut everytime. it does not help. I do not wash my hair.
I o ly wash my scalpwi th shampoo. I do not use conditioner.

Suggestions? For years I've washed my hair in a neckbrace and in an inflatable basin in my bed with a personal support worker. I do this while in my neckbrace for diagnosed CCI, and it injures my spine further e dry time.

Neck hasn't recovered from the last 5 washes and gets reinjyred every time . I can't sleep from the pain and pulling.

Please any suggestions? I am in so much pain and need

Im close to finishing my first bottle of medik8 liquid advanced peptides and I thought to ask around before considering a repurchase.

I've been impressed with th effects from medik8, and wanted to see if there are any options that are even more effective?

Everything is good for a week or two, but with regular use I always end up breaking out. My forehead is prone to FA, and the rest of my face gets really congested with clogged comedones and eventually breakouts.

How do you manage prescription azelaic acid with very sebsitive skin?

Ive recently taken a break because I'm introducing another item into my skincare routine, and it's got me wondering if the az acid was doing more good or causing more sensitivity?
Using financea because it's covered for treatment of rosacea but Ivetred a couple OTC options too. I always wait 20 mins after washing minimum, and have tried less irritating options other than prescription
