What's actually the cheapest way to stay legally insured when you're broke?

Not chasing full coverage or anything, just trying to stay legal for as little as possible. Every big-name quote comes back higher than I can really swing, and I know my credit and zip aren't helping. For people who've gotten it down to the floor, what actually worked, state-minimum only, a particular kind of company, paying six months up front, pay-per-mile if you barely drive? Trying to put together a realistic plan before I lock into another expensive policy I can't afford.

The hook is 80% of the result, sharing the testing loop that's currently making my AI UGC convert, thoughts?

Running AI UGC for DTC clients for about a year and the biggest shift for me was treating the first 2 seconds like the whole ad.

Three things that actually moved the needle:

I stopped writing hooks from scratch. Every week I pull 20-30 winning ones from Foreplay, screenshot the patterns, and rewrite them for whatever product I'm on.

Voice matters way more than the visual. A mid avatar with a good elevenlabs voice will beat a great-looking avatar with robotic TTS basically every time. People clock the uncanny in the audio before they even see it.

Put the volume into the hook, not the body. I'll make 10-12 versions of the same script with different opening lines and only swap the first clip. I've been doing this in heyoz because regenerating just the hook is cheap, but honestly you can rig the same thing in any editor.

Last batch: same product, same 25 second body, 11 different hooks. One hit 3.1% CTR and the rest sat around 1%. Two or three versions and I'd have missed it completely.

What's everyone's hit rate look like? How many hooks are you burning to land one winner?

How did you overcome the fear of speaking in groups?

speaking in front of a group, even when it's just friends or relatives always scares me. The moment everyone looks at me, I start overthinking. I know confidence comes with practice, but I don't know where to start. Has anyone here dealt with the same problem? What actually helped you become more comfortable speaking in groups? your experiences and recommendations helps me a lot

Anyone here actually use an infrared sauna long term? Has it been worth it?

I've been looking into getting an infrared sauna for home and I've gone down a bit of a rabbit hole.

Some people say it's one of the best purchases they've made for recovery, sleep and just relaxing after work, while others say it's basically just expensive marketing.

I'm not really interested in miracle health claims. I'm more curious about real day-to-day experiences after owning one for 6 months or longer.

A few things I'm wondering:

* Do you actually use it consistently after the first few months?

* Does it heat up fast enough?

* Any regrets or things you wish you knew before buying?

* Cedar vs hemlock?

* Is full-spectrum actually worth paying more for?

Budget isn't my biggest concern, I'd rather buy once than upgrade later.

Would love to hear from people who actually own one instead of just repeating what manufacturers say.

Using 6 different AI tools for the work helpful atp?

Doing a stack audit this quarter and honestly a little embarrassed at how fragmented it's gotten. Right now: my setup!!

ChatGPT and Claude for copy and angles (Claude when it's long-form, GPT for quick variations)

Ahrefs for SEO

something for ad creative

a separate thing for video

Canva for one-off graphics

The copy side basically collapsed into two chat tools and I'm happy there. The creative and video side is still a pile of subscriptions. I've been testing heyoz to pull ad creative and video gen into one seat, which has helped, but I am still in doubt if anyone's actually tried on a clean 2-3 tool stack..

What does your stack actually look like in 2026? Trying to fig. out what's genuinely worth vs what people just put up with.

Did the Florida insurance reform actually lower anyone's car premium?

Keep hearing the reforms were supposed to bring rates down, but mine hasn't budged, if anything it went up again at renewal. Older car, decent record, Tampa area. Between the fraud and the uninsured drivers I figured we'd always pay more here, but I'm wondering if anyone has actually seen their car insurance drop, or found a company that didn't hike them this year. Trying to figure out if it's worth re-shopping the whole thing or if everyone's stuck in the same boat.

Birkin 25 PSP from ZMmode

PSP: All seemed fine, did ask for additional photos as his PSP photos are not great, so I tend to ask him for more photos, if needed.

Delivery: Received after 2 weeks in transit

Leather: the Swift is smooth, buttery smooth. The colour is spot on,

Stitching: Nice and tight, hand stitched with good accuracy.

Smell: smells divine, a wonderful smell as soon as you take it out the dustbag.

Hardware: upgraded hardware, he only has one option, which is upgraded so no option for laser. Laser text is very good, clear text, no disproportionate letters.

Stamp: sits just right on the leather, isn’t pressed very deep.

Seller: ZMmode

kcmo earnings tax question for remote workers

Thinking about buying a place up in the Northland but my company is based completely out of state. Do I still have to pay the city one percent earnings tax if the property sits technically within the kcmo city limits?
