Made these on my reqtec with a blend of hickory and white oak at 275. Used Meat Church hickory all purpose rub and Meat Mitch Whomp sauce. The flavor was incredible.

The enchirito was great (first time trying ever) good sauce to cheese ratio on the outside and lots of beef inside. I opted for the chicken fajitas instead of the steak and they did not disappoint. I was worried they were going to be soggy, but to my relief they were quite crispy. My only complaint is that I wish the fajitas had more veggies in them. As many posters have said, they should make the fajita veggies a permanent add on.

Smoked these at 275 for an hour with apple wood. Two kinds-one marinated in lemon pepper and the other dry rubbed with a traditional blend. After smoking, pan tossed the lemon pepper wings in garlic confit oil butter fresh lemon juice and more black pepper. Pan tossed the dry rubbed in a mixture of hot honey glaze butter and bbq sauce.

Genoa salami, pepperoni, honey smoked turkey, red onions, shredded iceberg, sharp cheddar, dill pickles, yellow mustard, kewpie mayonnaise, mashed avocado, and a new sauce I discovered called “cini” which is pepperoncini sauce and incredible, on Dutch crunch

Don’t live in LA and was craving Apple Pan..so made this little beauty with a side of duck fat fries
