The Nightmare Before Christmas- Tim Burton Lee

A 1993 movie so goated that none of the animated Halloween/Christmas movies came this close to being in my all time fav watch list 🌹

If I could write, l'd definitely write another story for Tim Burton so that he could adapt it into a film l'll never forget 🫠

May every Sally find her Jack ✨

Rishabh Vyas - Jaane Do Humein

Adult Money Experience:

// Making some major external changes in your late 20s to make sure that you took a decision for yourself rather than anybody or everybody else… //

A- I wish there could be more women only salon in India rather than Unisex (hate to see men anywhere women are happy)
B- It’s hard to explain why you need only female hairdressers
C- Feels a little selfish & can make your mum angry D- Gives you a chance to look at yourself everyday and say shit we’re new now, we better act this way too 🫠

Incendies

I decided to watch this movie due to its high Imdb ratings alone, it gives you a deeper meaning into the world of hatred and the raw visuals left me in tears. I’ve cried a lot watching this movie and it surely is a one time watch only.
Incendies proves that the cycle of violence only ends when someone decides to stop the hatred. & I wish we could have more such movies especially in the present world.

Studying after a break

Self-studying after a break of almost 4 years, give me your most unhinged advice to ace it and be consistent with it and have the best outcome !

🤌🏻

It's a credit to your character that you do not understand why people do unkind things.
So instead of despairing over it and picking apart someone's lack of compassion and consideration towards you, celebrate the fact that yours is abundant enough to never treat people that way.

وقت گزر گیا -

Phir uska mann bhar gaya,
aur mera dil mar gaya
Woh chal diya muskura kar,
mera har safar thahar gaya
Jise duaon mein manga tha umr bhar ke liye,
Wahi ek pal mein kisi aur ka humsafar bangaya
Woh keh gaya tha'Kabhi chhod kar na jaaunga
Bas ek vaade ke tootne se mera har yaqeen bikhar gaya.
Usne to sirf mohabbat se apna haath kheench liya, Mere andar basa hua poora ek shehar mitt gaya
Log kehte hain waqt har zakhm bhar deta hai,
Mera to waqt bhi uske saath hi guzar gaya.

At what point ?

Everyday I keep asking myself at what point does all this end ? I see dark skies, clear skies, stars & moon above me and yet I feel like this constant thunderstorm and rain on me that’s never ending. I must say, of everything that life has thrown at me this tops it all.
Any friend I talk to, they’re all going through the worse time of their life. And I pray, I pray for all of us, I try to be as patient as I can be as grateful as I can be. I try to share the same with them. But it’s really gloomy to see my own sister and my friends go through things I cannot fix. If this is the end of times, I really wish the world ends there’s already so much inhumanity and selfishness.

The making of ‘Main yaha hoon’ - Veer Zara

“Ab kisko kahu apna humdum,
Humdum to mera beghana tha..”

This version of the song is 🤌🏻

There is a quiet devastation in realizing that the person who once knew every corner of your heart has now turned into a stranger.
You look around in a crowded room, searching for the warmth of someone you trusted, only to find the crushing coldness of distance.
It is the painful awakening of knowing that the one you called your own never truly & belonged to you.

And I worry,

I worry when the people I love are no longer in sight but appear in my dreams,
when my heart feels heavy like they’re not okay,
I just wish I could give my life to protect every single person I hold dear to me.

Banjaare, Roni - Barsaat

Not a fan of Haryanvi songs as I barely understand them, but had to find the meaning for this song and get my heart broken again 🫠
