Now I know a LOT of you are going to raise up your downvote-shaped pitchforks and then start to rip out my guts with it, but some of you are going to have to agree with me on this one. (Gerdew's Ralsei also somewhat ableist; look, you'll understand later just read.)

I really HATE how Gerdew illustrates and depicts ralsei. Ralsei is this cool yet seemingly-cute prince/mage who is also a great role model to neurodivergent people like me. Gerdew just throws all of that out of the window, keeps the cute branch and overdoses it with more cuteness syringes to the point it's represented as this brainless babbling brainlet...and yet people love this thing??

In some of their artwork Ralsei is portrayed like they're autistic. I am autistic myself, and I can confirm I am not a peanut-sized baby who acts like this "no thoughts head empty I ride in kiddy toys and I commit war crimes whilst having a mentality of a toddler" type bullshit. In fact, I get portrayed like this in real life and I HATE IT! I am so infantilized to the point where I am clearly depressed like I just witness my grandma dying, strangers still talk to me like I'm five! If I was a fictional character who got the same treatment gerdew gave to ralsei, I'd kill myself!

To keep the coast clear, I'm not just saying if you draw cute art of Ralsei = you're hitler, what I'm trying to say if you basically draw something that resembles and/or acts like a baby, a toddler or a child AND then compare it to mental disorders, it breaches out as infantilization. Autism is not a superpower, it is a mental disorder that makes you seem powerless. You can't speak right, you can't do things right, and then people like gerdew come over and portray you as a dumbass.
