Hi, we have an IT company in Dubai, current in Souq Al Kabeer (Fahidi/Computer Street) and we are looking to move into a new office within the next 3-4 months. We have cash to buy an office or lease, depends on which is a better deal for us.

I have a valid USA license, I'm an Indian passport holder. I want to covert it to UAE license. On the RTA website, I completed the preliminary application and they asked me to bring my emirates ID, USA License, and RTA eye test to a center for verification. Today however the employees who handle conversions were on leave but the customer service representative said that if the license and nationality don't match then its complicated.
