2 months ago I had a flexsig. after I noticed my right leg was feeling stiff. a couple days later it was huge! Had 2 unltrasounds to rule out a blood clot. Then I was sent to a knee doctor, 2 x rays and then a MRI. She said, mild arthritis, do PT. So my leg kept swelling. I went to another knee doctor. He also said mild arthritis, it's normal at your age. I do have a backer cyst but it's smal. finally I went to a vein doc. He never really looked at me, just ran some tests. They said the right leg the blood flow was a little slower. They want to do a venogram. I don't trust this guy, he is fresh out of school and went in to carrabian where you do college from the beach. ok. no other vascukar docs. I had people searching for me. I am in Colorado. Anyway, why has nobody thought this might be lymphadema? TL;DR thoughts??

I saw a vascular Doc today for my leg sweeling in my right leg. He ran all kinds of ultrasounds and saw the blood flow in the right leg was slower than the right. After not beeing able to see anything on the ultrasounds, he recommended a venousgram. I have had chornic pelic pain for 3 years, getting worse. Had a hysterectomy, I am still in pain. Coloscopies, all clear. Now my l;eg is swelling and low stomach pain. Does this sound like what some of you experienced? I am not a fan opf being knocked out 100%, I donmt know why they cant do this with twighjt sleep.

I had one leg bigger than the other, it's full of water for 2 months now., had 2 ultra sounds, 2 x rays and 1 mri. They found minor knee problems and a very small bakers cyst. Finally my ortho said I should see a vein specialst. I didnt know where to go, so I went to this place called the vein doc. It seemed so sketchy. I dont have varicose veins are anything, I just have one leg swelling.

 I am now 61. Used to be small and cute. But I had MS for over 30 years, had 2 babies over the age of 40, no family or friends to help me except my husband, he was great but he worked a lot. I stayed lookingpretty good al these in spite of the diease, steroids, child etc.. here I am now. face is saggy, stomach looks deformed due to the c sections, I am heavy due to age, steriods, inactivity from MS, my hair is thinning. I would like to go on glps but my stomach motility is too slow to go on these. My neighbour went on a GLP and now she is super thin, had a tummy tuck and breast implant and a facelift. My husband always looks over at her house to see her going in and out to her car. I am I feeling like crap about myself. I am tired of all this. I was never ugly, I was always nice looking but age and disease happened. I know this sounds shallow, but I am too old to change how I feel.

Whatmade you all decide to do the gastric bypass vs taking a glp? I am thinking about a bypass because I have slow motility, consitipation etc. I am tired of everyone around me being on GLPS and being skinny as a rail and looking down on me because I am fat. I am 5'3 190. I am interested why you all choose this route

What are the side effects? I resisted starting other glps due to slow gastric empying, is this the same? My stomach moves slow anyway

So I saw my gastro last week and she politley told me she wouldnt be offended if I saw another gastro, maybe they could figure out my gastro issues. I have to admit I was stunned, hurt and embaressed. But I am tired of always having low stomach cramps and constipation. She has run every test, not sure if a new doc can help me. Has anyone else been told to see another doctor?

I am in SE Denver, I started to feel scratchy throat, then sore, body aches and fatigue. I dont understand, it's July, I hardly go out much, I tested using a flowflex test everything kit. It camr back neg for everything. I dont get it, I am sick and all the news reports is this stomach parasite bug but I dont have that. Anyoneone else in my region sick with thismysterious bug?

Is Ozempic better or worse vs other GLPS? My doctor wrote a rx for Trizepitide and also the pill version of Monjouno. (sorry for the spelling errors) These are expensive! However I qualify for Ozempic. I am 5'3 190 and menopausal. Dieting doesnt seem to work for me like it used to and the scale doesnt move. I just wanted your input regarding all these meds.

Ok, so I was reading about using prune juice for constipation. I wasn't doing too bad, just feeling a little sluggish, so I decided to give my system a little boost.

There was an unopened can of prune juice sitting on the kitchen table that I had originally left out for my daughter. Because it had been sitting out, it was completely warm. I cracked it open, gagged it down, and waited.

It took exactly 2 hours... and boy, did it hit.

Without going into unsavory details, let’s just say I dropped a solid 2 foot snake. I feel absolutely fantastic now. 10/10, highly recommend, but maybe chill it first if you have a weak stomach.

TL;DR: Drank warm prune juice to fix some mild sluggishness. Two hours later, my gut was completely exorcised. I am a new person.

I am sure this topic is redundant, but I am new to this. Long story short, my calf and knee swelled up almost 3 times bigger. 2 x-rays and ultrasounds showed nothing, the MRI did reveal a lot. I have bone in bone in some areas apparently a burst bakers cyst and 2/3 arthritis. I was referred to as ortho but in the meantime they want me to do PT? what can the ortho do differently??

I was prescribed the injections, I am not a baby but I didnt want them so I am goin gto ask for this med today. Any heart palps, rise in BP, headaches?

Help with this debate. I lean torwards Jersey beaches, but californians think our beaches are trash. We have warmer water, cleaner beaches, less populated.. etc...

ust curious and wondering what you all would do. This week I noticed my right leg feeling stiff and a little painful. Went to see PCP, he sent me for a STAT ultrasound, It didnt show a clot but A complex collection is present and extends from the knee to the mid calf along the fascial plane. DEoctor said no worries jmust take tyelnol. Next day I noticed my right calf is 2 inches bigger so I gi to the ER. They also did an Ultrasound and it didnt show a clot, but the same it showed fluid. I was told it was proably an injury and maybe possibly get a referral to a vascukr doctor. Now today my lower thigh is 1 inch bigger than the rother thigh. So the swelling is spreading. There is no warmth, discoloration but not sure if I need to go bavk to the ER?

Here is the challenge, using hair extensions, I need cool toned blonde. The person has natual ash tones in their hair. They used Midnight Ice by Bellammi and loved it but the root was too long, too much ash, not enough blonde. Switched to Kovi and use toasted coconut and it was too warm. So I have left over Midnight Ice and Toasted coconut, would this mix not blend well? Kovi doesnt really have any cool blondes and Bellmi's blondes turn orange, What can I do?

Floor those of you who suffer from Pelvic Floor pain, what does it feel like? It is low cramps? I have been having cramps for 3 years. Colonsocpies, flex sigs, even had a hysterectomy, The cramps remain and doctors are confused. There are no more organs to remove, passages to be investigated. I am thinking possibly pelvic floor issues?
