How to prevent mold in jumping spider/widow enclosures?

Ive got green mold growing in both my spiders enclosures. Both have isopods AND springtails. Ive replaced the jumping spiders Jungle gym three times and its taking a lot of hot glue=/ how do i avoid this?

Replicating joshs frogs arid mix? Or similar looking?

This is merlin and the reference for my future tank/project. I was thinking of raising it a bit for a deeper substrate level but thats not the point, I love the look of Josh's frogs arid mix but the price is ridiculous imo, could I replicate it myself? Shes currently on a 70/30 mix but I I like the look of the look of the other substrate more and I think it would suit the tank better (the current substrate i have is hydrophobic and gritty and I am NOT a fan. My isopods and springtails are struggling to spread out and dig). If I can replicate the substrate what would I need to buy and at what percentage to replicate the 10 ounce bag? I'm just wanting to mix a substrate thats a bit MORE than just sand and dirt, something thats more beneficial to my geck, to my clean up crew and to the potential plants

Help with recreating this design?

Found this image online and unfortunately fell in love with the design, unfortunately because I have no idea how to build stuff like this. I watched a few similar looking how to's but havent seen anything on how much. Any specifics are appreciated on what material is needed and how much! I am aware this will be a hard project but thats what I am looking for. I have a 36x18x18 and will use a 70/30 top soil and playsand but likely won't have real plants

Wanting to build a background/hide! Help with this design I found?

Found this image online and unfortunately fell in love with the design. Unfortunately because I have NO idea how to build anything like this. I did some looking and found the basic materials needed but nothing to say how much is needed. Id like to not buy to much obviously. I have a 36x18x18 and plan on copying as much as possible.
