I am clearing out my barn and unfortunately will be destroying a HUGE portion of habitable area (a bunch of trash and years worth of dust and animal shit since it was unused) I felt AWFUL for doing so and gathered about 15 and removed as many more as I could see in a reasonable amount of time) and relocated them on the other side of the barn. There were so many i couldnt get=( currently they are in a cup with dirt from one of my isopod colonies (nothing but hatchlings are in the dirt and I picked most of those out as well) I will be adding a sandy mixture to the top for a humidity difference as AquarixPets on YouTube said to do and will keep the bottom layer moist. Now question

I know they eat fruit flies but honestly I do NOT want to deal with them again BUT I do breed isopods, springtails and mealworms that are all smaller and similar size to them and can summon mites pretty easily. Will that work?

Any advice will help, these guys are fascinating and id love to add to my collection of odd pets but ONLY if I can do so within their correct care=)

I vote wasp but want to know what to properly call them. I fish them out of my critter pools CONSTANTLY despite having stuff for them to land on and drink. Never been stung and enjoy them chilling on me waiting for their wings to dry

I was looking for Powder blues to add to my colony for some diversity (after quarantine of course) and while filming for "these are powder blues right?" I realized I have two different species here!! Who are these?

Ive been fighting this for two weeks with the product in the second picture and plan on getting the product in the third picture to help further. My dog is a male 9 year old fixed golden retriever. He has been wearing shoes on his hind paws for the past 8 months to help with his grip in our all hardwood house (not our choice but housing rn is tricky) he has been completely fine until two weeks ago when this started. He sleeps in a fully ventilated room WITHOUT the shoes on and his favorite place is parking his feet right in front of our fan. Will these products work?

Five pics of each. Hel is half the size of Onyx and I have yet to see her personality since shes brand new. Onyx is a very brave hunter and prefers roaches over powder isopods. Hoping Hel keeps her stripe but its unlikely.

Onyx's tank is full of uncaught prey and her (shockingly massive) poop. I just caught another widow and made her enclosure a bit differently and wanted to redo Onyx's enclosure AND clean. One problem. I went to move her tank and she bolted to her corner and nuzzled into her curved web like a little bed. She's so freaking cute! Will i distress her to much if I were to do a full wipe down? Does she need her web to stay intact? Does she eat it? Do spiders actually eat their webbing? Shes so cute and I dont want to cause her harm but the tank needs cleaned and I could give her better support beams rather than just the corner.

Blue is dad (chuck) yellow is mom (luck). The other three all hatched May 19 this year and I am curious as to why one still has baby feathers? The other two lost theirs about a month or two ago

Glued little legs so the bottle doesnt roll. Its an old snapple bottle I found in the woods. Jerome was a mouse that my indoor cats got and I fed him to my isopods and took him out before they were completely done. I believe I posted the process of hin being eaten on this subreddit a while back
