在那裡什麼監獄什麼案件我就不想講了，時間也不短，從疫情就在裡面到去年才出來。監獄的生活對長刑期的人來說是一種折磨、虛度光陰，出來更加感到與社會脫節、因為在裡面那段日子人生基本上是空白的。我對在中國大陸維權被關的人感到敬佩。

How do you feel about the excessive amount of time people spend on death row? For example, someone might be sentenced to death in their early 20s but not executed until they are in their 40s or 50s. I personally find this inhumane and meaningless. Over all those decades, a person could have completely reformed and developed a entirely different mindset, yet the justice system still insists on ending their life. It is essentially just another form of torture.
YouTube上面有不少大陸海外播主是「民進黨同路人」，他們從來沒有住在台灣，台獨跟他們沒有直接關係，卻在直播上替賴清德辯護表忠。這些還有很多是海外民運、公知、牧師（北美王律、公子沈、跟八炯一起在中國領事館面前示威那群小丑等）這種人的特質就是恨共產黨，已經移民脫離了中國，心裡認為自己是外國公民，不再是中國人，心目中對中國也不存在任何民族、文化情結。所以任何反中的敵人都是朋友心態支持台獨、港獨、疆獨等，說說風涼話，他們的語言看得出他們鼓勵台灣對抗中共、跟中國一邊一國，凡事跟中國走得近的國家或團體都不是好東西（如國民黨、歐盟、加拿大等等），這種人不是「反賊」，他們是支黑、恨國黨，在他們眼中像王志安、二爺這種播主是中共體制出走的人，不是好東西（嚴重被共產黨洗腦）因為他們仍然死守中國人的身分和文化認同，他們只認同支黑或民族分裂勢力。這種人精神上美國或歐洲人（白人），川普有爭議性的行為視而不見批評，因為對他們來講川普是自己的國家領袖，他們已經投誠。
我的觀察可以補充一下嗎
我以前很年輕，思想比較激進，堅持反共，跟大陸的異議人士，海外民運團體有接觸，08憲章劉曉波我也有簽名，一些流亡分子我也跟他們交朋友。但是我現在年紀開始老了，回過頭來發現自己浪費不少青春，我要為自己事業家庭將來打算，我看到館長、鍾明軒那些在大陸賺錢的網紅我很羨慕，還有創業園區的政策吸引，台灣只是小地方發展有限，在海外我們也不是白人永遠是二等公民，但我卻不能前往大陸，因為過去我的底子比較花，政治立場跟中共對立，也坐過牢有前科，在中國可能被網上追逃，但我現在願意妥協，不知道有沒有辦法洗底去大陸賺錢，我可以寫信給中國大使館認錯嗎？去中國做生意值得嗎？

Police or prosecutors can place people in detention if suspected of a crime, in China 37 days in Japan 20 days, in some countries also may also be held incommunicado. No strict evidence admissibility laws, if the judge decides that you are involved, you’re guilty. Drug penalty is very strict in Asian 10 years to life or even death. In Asian prisons conditions are also poor, does not value human rights as the West does and Asian society has a different concept on individualism, prison labor and death penalty is also commonly enforced not like in some states where death row is rarely carried out due to human rights concerned.
