[iOS] Who can I talk to about my inaccuracies with awards???

I always had free awards than it seemed everybody lost them. I had joined up with stripe. Everyone else is getting their free awards back yet mine still keeps saying to get five more awards to open the leaderboard which I have because my dollar amount went from $10 up to past $11 and it’s still saying I need five to open leaderboard. I don’t know who to get help from.
