so i’m trying to wake up early and all but when i wake up i tell myself “there’s no reason for me to be awake this early “ then i go back to sleep😔
i used to do so much in the morning as a morning person
now i missed up my sleep schedule to this point
i just graduated so i don’t have anything to study(except language) or any job to do i’m completely free
btw no outside activities please

Hello guys so i want to talk about something i’ve been going through for years now,I feel like i’m being watched at all times , at my home at uni outside everywhere and i’m so scared of this, and also i’m scared to check my house when i feel like i’m being watched like what if someone actually was there?
also i sometimes see things moving at my home like furniture changing its place or so.

so is this a mental situation? or what is this cause i’m so paranoid and tired of this
