“No no, this is my Quirk.” Izuku explained. They were getting ready to the the Quirk Assessment Test, and for some ungodly reason, Midoriya walked up with Himiko freaking Toga claiming she was his Quirk.
“Midoriya…” Aizawa sighed in suffering, pinching his nose as he could feel a headache coming on.
“The Principal signed off on it!” Izuku said brightly as he held up a form that indeed had Nezu’s signature.
Aizawa’s headache turned into a full blown migraine.
“Fine… What does your… ‘Quirk’, do?”
“I stab people!” Toga yelled giddily, before turning and shanking Bakugo in the gut. The rest of the class inched away nervously.
Aizawa promptly texted Nezu his resignation.
Nezu declained.
And laughed.
The fic starts with All Might, having chosen Bakugo to inherit One For All, passing the Quirk onto him. However, shortly after All Might leaves, a future version of Uraraka with All For One appears. She steals One For All (Vestiges allowed it because they were disgusted by what kind of person Bakugo was) and kills Bakugo before transferring One For All to Izuku and All For One to her younger self, before future Uraraka is erased from existence.
Turns out Bakugo became so hated by Hero Society that he gave One For All to All For One out of spite, allowing All For One to take over the world. Izuku works for All For One but manages to give Uraraka a copy of the man’s Quirk so she can prevent this bad future from ever happening, and Uraraka manages to escape to the past just as Bakugo comes in and kills Izuku’s future self.
The one thing I remember from it was that Mina reveals that her Quirk also creates the drug acid, and that she’s been on a constant acid trip because of it since she was four. After this she pretty much just stops pretending that she’s not on drugs.
Kirishima and Tetsutetsu flat out say that Todoroki’s stunt with the Zero Pointers at the Sports Festival could have killed someone, and the only reason they got out unscathed was because of their defense oriented Quirks, yet like always it just gets brushed aside. Any fics where someone actually does get seriously hurt or even killed and Todoroki gets in serious trouble for it?
The fic starts with Toga impersonating Camie at the Licensing Exam like in canon, but at the end of the Exam she’s shocked and confused to see her own name on the scoreboard instead of Camie’s (it’s heavily implied that Nezu had a hand in this). The exam proctors congratulate her for switching sides and choosing rehabilitation. Toga is confused and reluctant, but decides to just roll with it and attend U.A. when she remembers Izuku and Uraraka exist.
The premise is that young Izuku meets and befriends all the future 1-A girls, and hangs out with them so much he starts becoming more effeminate. At one point the girls’ parents get together and help Inko sue Aldera for their treatment of Izuku, resulting in the staff being replaced and the new teacher running herself ragged trying to keep Bakugo in line because Bakugo refuses to change.
It was the final round of the Sports Festival. Against all odds, Izuku Midoriya managed to make it despite his lack of control over his Quirk.
Bakugo sneered at him, ready to finally put this useless bug back into his place once and for all.
Midnight called for the match to start, and Bakugo charged, a vicious cry of ‘DIIIEEE!!’ Resounding through the stadium…
“I can lose this match better than you ever could.”
Bakugo froze, process what Izuku just said.
“What?”
“You always go on about how you’re the best at everything. But there’s one thing I’m better than you’ll ever be at: Losing.”
“Huh!? You’re saying you’re better than me Deku!?”
“I mean, aren’t you the one always calling me ‘Loser’? Face it Kacchan, I’ll always be the superior loser.”
“No… NONONO!! YOU ARE NOT BETTER THAN ME! YOU HEAR ME DEKU!? YOU WILL NEVER BE BETTER THAN ME!! I CAN LOSE AT STUFF A HUNDRED TIMES BETTER THAN YOU EVER COULD!!!”
And then Bakugo launched an explosion at his own face, launching himself out of the ring and cracking the wall behind him as everyone stared in disbelief.
“Er… Midoriya… Wins I guess?” Midnight spoke up.
“Haha… See that… Deku…” Bakugo slurred before he lost consciousness. Izuku just shrugged and went to claim his first place medal.
“So uh… I gotta ask…” The villain responded to the young Hero he was facing. “You’re the Waterhose’s kid, right?”
“Yep.” Kota answered.
“And your Quirk is… Similar to theirs?”
“That’s right.”
“So then… Why is your Hero Name ‘The Nutcracker’?”
Unfortunately, this villain had fallen into the same trap many other villains had. And unfortunately, he got his answer in the form of Kota’s fist colliding with his family jewels.
It was a pretty effective method of incapacitating people.
Deku Sensei could attest to that.
“Oh! That’s just Eri.” Izuku called from the kitchen, gesturing to the thing with glowing red eyes and black smoke surrounding its body. “She just hasn’t had her daily apples yet.”
“She literally dragged Mineta into a portal to hell!” Kaminari spoke up.
“Yeah, she gets really cranky when she doesn’t have her apples.”
“She did something to Bakugo and now he’s in the nut house rambling in tongue and drooling all over the place!” Kirishima pointed out.
“I mean, to be fair, he was being really loud and aggressive.” Izuku came out of the kitchen with a plate of sliced apples. He used Blackwhip to yank the apparent little girl off of the ceiling, to which she struggled and made unearthly shrieking noises that would haunt the other students’ nightmares.
“Here you go.” Izuku said cheerfully, popping an apple slice into her mouth. The black smoke suddenly dissipated to reveal Eri adorably eating apple slices.
“…What the fuck?” Mina asked aloud.
