Last post inspired me to get my first GOOD bike up here. 2000 Specialized Rockhopper Comp.

In 2000 my parents told me if I could save a certain amount they would make up the difference for me on the bike I had been drooling over in the Specialized catalog.

They had one in stock at the local shop.

Ozark Trail Large Reversible Grill/Griddle sitting on the boulevard. Need confirmation on my thoughts for it.

Wife saw it while walking the dog. I told her to snag it. I know it’s a cheap brand but it’s good size and heavy duty.

I’m thinking this under a double gas burner for reverse searing steaks after they reach temp on a pellet smoker.

Thoughts?

Had chicken thighs in the fridge. Wanted a couple more choices from the rest of the bird. Pro 34.

Our grocery store takes meats getting close to the sell by date, discounts them and adds tags that say “use or freeze right away”. Fun to pop in and see what I can get a bit of a deal on.

When it comes to chicken, they’ll throw some in a variety of marinates so they’re ready to throw on the grill when I get home.

Been watching an Arita Porcelain Seiko (SARW067) for months and finally pulled the trigger on it. Love it. Very excited. Have loved the porcelains ever since I first discovered them a couple years ago.
