I am in Ontario and woud like pointers on proceeding with a civil lawsuit. Can it be done online do I have to proceed to a court ?

I had Tangerine call me today 14-august-2026 17:30HR EST and Emi informs me that Tangerine will not call back if the phone connection is disconnected. I spoke to Emi and it sounded like an call centre with people in the back ground. After being on hold for 30 minutes on hold in which she told me it would only take 2 minutes I hand up.

I called TD bank today 14-Aug-2026 12:40 EST and asked Julie if there is online bank system provides last log on and time and the answer is NO.

Don't people think it is important to be able to confirm that they where the last person to log into there account ?

I called CIBC today 14-Aug-2026 and asked CIBC if there online bank systemprovides last log on and time and it appears to be no.

Can anyone confirm if the CIBC bank provides a last log in date and time?

In the "focus" tab there are three options for when a window raises itself.

Does "switch to windows workspace" keep a window in it workspace ? Does "do nothing" Cause it window to open in its orrignal workspace ?

The potential unauthorized call blocked sends an email with a button to "authorize configuration" this button does not have a URL that firefox can identify but when pushed takes me to log into Voipms portal. I was logged into the voipms portal already and I do not see any way to authorize the call. Where in the portal can you authorize a blocked call ?

The email message lends itself to phishing schemes! Especially since I asked what is the reason for the block and voipms gave no reason.

I have been told that bell technicians do not work on weekends by Vmedia. I know this was not true in the past.

Can anyone confirm if bell techs work in brampton on a weekend on residential cable repair ?

When I log into Reddit using firefox 153,I see a message "Welcom back, you are already logged in and will be redirected back to reddit shortly"

When I am reddirected it only occurs after loggin into Reddit then

I click on a community then the message pops up. You can also see that the message has a title of Aliexpress which I have not opened and do not know why it appears. This clearly should not happen.

On my Asus Rt-ax55 when I go to Network maps, view list I see data rates for WIFI but no information on ethernet connected devices. this appears to be a bug as the device is actively working on the network.

My Asus rt-xa55 WIFI router is incorrectly reporting the round trip time of 300ms. I know it is incorrect because ping shows 10 ms times and a measurement of the host reponse is showing a time of 10 ms.

This seems to occur after the last update. Is there an adjustment for this as I have tried traceroute -T host traceroute and traceroute -u host . I have also noticed the router does not work when NAT is turned off even though this router does not use NAT it uses static IP.

What are the devices that produce the bellXXX, where X represents a number? I have also seen these bellxxx WIFI devices appear on mass in areas where there are no WIFI services.

I recently updated Debian 13.6 on 1-aug-2026 and the change log for linux-image-amd64 6.12.100-1 has no change log information.

When I perform the automatic speed test (performs multiple test) using testmy.net it does not ocmplete using firefox 153. It appears the last completetion shows "looks like there's a problem with that site" Is this a problem with the site or my ISP vmedia?

Can a bank charge for records on a account you cannot find the information when logged into your account? I have a RRSP and the only value I see is the amount no other interest records are displayed. the bank charges me $50 to obtain records on what occurred on the account.

Is this allowed ?

I attempted to make a call via a voip client, the client showed that it was registered on voip.ms but when I made a call the call terminated.

I placed a ticket to voipms and later I was able to make a call on the same network. When I asked voip.ms why the call was blocked they said they block certain networks for security reason. The network I was using is a well known ISP network. I asked why it starting working and voip.ms did not give an answer that made sense.

I asked voip.ms what criteria do they use to block a network and they gave no answer other than if they think the network is not valid. I informed them I do not want themblocking any network I use if they cannot provide a reason for blocking a valid network.

Have any of you been blocked while trying to use voip client on a specific network?
