I would always joke na I don't mind turning 30 kasi I am often told that I look younger than I really am. But the truth is, I am dead anxious.

I have this quiet feeling of shame over the fact na parang wala pa akong naaachieve in my 20s and I am already clocking in for my 30s--which is an odd feeling, kasi I know that I am doing okay. I have a good career, and in grad school too. Pero that "shame" is a heavy feeling that's been sitting with me. And I dunno where is it coming from exactly. Iniisip ko, is it because I haven't conquered my fear of driving yet? Or the fact na wala pa akong own place at this age? I honestly don't know. It just feels heavy.

I guess what's also really weighing in on me the most is the fact that I failed in finding love before turning 30. I really tried haha. But all I got are heartbreaks. And now, a few weeks before turning 30, I just feel emotionally burnt out. Too tired to try again. Lowkey accepting my doom na baka growing old alone (with my dog) is my fate 😆

I have so much on my mind. I'm super anxious about turning 30. This girl needs ✨️ kind ✨️ advice about beating the 30s jitters.

The best return flight I could book for my CTS-MNL flight is a Cathay Pacific flight with a 1 hour layover in Hong Kong.
