B2B SaaS LinkedIn organic traffic converts great in engagement but terribly into demo bookings and trial signups, what worked for you?

We run LinkedIn organic for a B2B SaaS company. Engagement rate is strong, consistently 11-15%, and we get 400-550 website sessions a month from LinkedIn. But almost none of it converts into demo bookings or trial sign-ups. Some months we get 0-2 demo bookings out of 500+ sessions.

I have over 100,000+ followers on LinkedIn and average 600,000-800,000 post impressions / week. I have been able to leverage the platform to turn it into a fulltime revenue stream that builds out my other income streams like speaking, partnerships and more. AMA

Upfront Notes: I do not sell courses or do LinkedIn consulting, and do not plan on doing it.

I'll be glad to answer any questions you have about what I have learned about content and the platform for LinkedIn.

ChatGPT Ads Product Updates, July 24, 2026 (Copy and pasted from product update email)

>This week’s product updates focus on helping advertisers optimize toward conversion goals, improve conversion measurement, pace budgets more effectively, and scale campaign operations.

>Conversion-optimized campaigns: Create conversion-optimized cost-per-click (oCPC) campaigns by selecting the Conversions objective in campaign setup. These campaigns optimize delivery toward clicks that are more likely to drive your conversion event, while billing remains based on valid clicks

>Daily budget update - coming next week: Daily budgets will change from fixed daily limits to average daily budgets: the average you want to spend per day over seven days. No action is required, and your total budget is not changing. Spend may vary by day while staying within daily and seven-day limits

>Spend pacing for daily budgets: Daily budgets now pace automatically throughout the day, helping distribute spend more evenly

>Geo exclusion: Exclude specific geographic locations from campaign targeting to better align delivery with your audience and business needs

>Mobile measurement partner integrations: We recently launched integrations with AppsFlyer and Adjust to measure and attribute app installs and in-app events from ChatGPT Ads

>Automatic advanced matching (AAM): Improve website conversion measurement by matching more conversions to ads using hashed customer information. To enable it, go to Tools, then Conversions, then Data Source, and select 'Enable for all Web data sources' at the top of the page

>Bulk API: Create and update campaigns, ad groups, and ads in bulk asynchronously through the Ads API

>Refreshed ad format for product feed campaigns: We’re starting to roll out a refreshed product card format featuring price and star ratings

ChatGPT Ads Updates July 9, 2026

Ads Manager Beta

Custom audiences: Upload lists with 25K or more users to include or suppress audiences from campaigns. Bid multipliers can also be set for audiences at the ad group level

Overview tab: Monitor account health, review recommended tasks that can help improve campaign performance, and analyze key performance metrics in a larger, more flexible trend chart

Suggested ad drafts: If your campaign could benefit from broader content coverage to optimize delivery, you may see the option to select 'Add new ad' in your campaign view. This feature uses existing website metadata to prefill an ad draft with an image, title, and description for you to review, edit, and assign to a campaign and ad group. It does not generate new copy or imagery with AI

ChatGPT Ads are live in Japan and South Korea: Campaigns can now target users in Japan and South Korea, expanding reach for advertisers doing business in those markets

Refreshed static ad card format: We’re starting to roll out a refreshed static ad card format across web and mobile that is more compact and easier to read, with larger visual elements. See the image below for a preview of the updated format

41M here — quick report on 10k steps per day and other lifestyle changes

Hey all, my New Year's resolution for 2026 was to start doing 10k steps a day. I’ve been very consistent and have primarily achieved this through 2-3 power walks per day, totaling 4ish miles.

Fortunately, my wife likes to walk too, so we walk to our local restaurants and parks with the kids rather than drive.

To hit my steps goal, I have had to go on evening walks between 9-11 pm, and I always wear a hi-vis vest and sometimes wear a headlamp

As you can see, my V02 max has climbed steadily, which has been so awesome to see.

In February, I tried rucking, but it made my lower back sore, so I dropped it.

I‘m in Oregon, so it rains a bit. I got myself a nice poncho so I can still get my steps in rain or shine.

Lastly, in June, you’ll see a huge jump in my VO2 max — this is 100% from reducing alcohol. I went from 30-40 drinks per week, drinking 4-8 drinks every day, so 1-2 drinks per day. For me personally, I started experimenting with THC edibles, a dose of 2.5 mg relaxes me enough that it nixes my alcohol cravings.

I heard Prof G in an interview say he takes 5 mg to relax, so that's what triggered this whole THC experiment. But for me, after trying that dosage, 5 mg is just too much. I'm a lightweight, I know.

Now there are many days per week I don’t drink at all. I’m not perfect, however— yesterday I had 5 drinks, so I’m not perfect, but Monday-Wednesday I completely abstained.

I’m by no means perfect and don’t want to become THC dependent, but for now, it’s greatly reduced my alcohol dependence, and I have my improved V02 max to show for it.

It’s not too late. 10 minutes of Yoga gets you this award. Yogi here. Just stretch and be mindful of your breath for 10 minutes. It counts!

Kind of cool to see, since the run day challenge (June 3rd), my Vo2 max has been climbing. I haven’t changed my workouts at all — it’s just that one 5k, which is longer than i normally do.

What to do after forestry mulching?

Hey all, non forester here, but I know some people who did forestry mulching in western Oregon in January. (20-30 acres)

It looks incredible, park like, however the spring growth here is wild — already blackberry shoots a few feet tall, tons of grass and other plants starting to grow.

Obviously the land will return to a thicket if not maintained. what are the best practices?

I'm assuming herbicides are are commercial go-to — but what other options have you seen, for smaller non-commerical land owners? Continuous mowing? If so, that's a lot of work and fuel. Any fire resistant ground cover that can out compete the blackberries or am I just delusional?

For mowing on uneven terrain, what's goto equipment? Their current setup is an rock solid 90s kubota, 4wd, with a brush hog — but wondering if there's anything faster and more comfy like purpose built brush mowers like Orecs, Canycom (both are $9-15k), or a skidstear with a rotary cutter or mower ($40-90k+).

Thanks for sharing your time and expertise. Best of luck with fire season and making money all!

Pairing add creative with contextual targeting (I'm active in bike subs, and have mentioned owning an ebike) - it is possible this is a lucky strike, but I bet their targeting bike subs, or e-bike related keywords. The ad copy is a miss, embarrassment is the last thing on cyclists mind after a crash

ChatGPT Ads Platform Updates 6-2-2026 -- email update to Open AI Ads users

>Hello,

This week's product updates focus on new tools in Ads Manager Beta to help you manage campaigns more efficiently, along with an early test designed to improve product discovery and engagement in ChatGPT.

Ads Manager Beta

Edit campaign budget type: With the recent rollout of daily budgets, you can now switch existing campaigns from lifetime budgets to daily budgets

Clone to convert CPM campaigns to CPC: With a single button click, convert a campaign to CPC bidding

Custom CPM max bids: Previously, all impression-based campaigns had a fixed max bid. Now, you can set a custom max bid

Bulk edits in Ads Manager UI: We recently rolled out bulk edits via CSV. You can now also make bulk edits to campaigns, ad groups, and ads directly in the Ads Manager interface

Flexible budgets in Ads Manager: Starting May 5th, we will allow some flexibility on daily budget pacing, similar to other ad platforms. Daily budgets will be enforced as average daily budgets, with a weekly allocation

Expanding campaign targeting to additional countries: Campaigns can currently target the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. In the coming weeks, targeting will also become available in the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Brazil, and Mexico

ChatGPT Ads Experience

We're beginning an early test of multi-advertiser placements in ChatGPT on a small subset of ads. These experiences build on our existing ad unit by presenting multiple relevant ads together within a single placement. Eligible ads will be priced through a second-price auction model.

The goal is to make discovery more relevant for users while helping advertisers connect with users across more conversations and drive higher-intent engagement. We'll continue iterating on these ad units thoughtfully as we learn from the experience.

Stay tuned for more product updates as we continue improving the ads platform.
