Living the dream of indoor worms

I posted a few weeks ago asking for advice on what to buy for an indoor bin, and got some good advice! But I checked the local buy nothing group first, and got this amazing bin from a local school​ going into summer vacation

I've had for a week now. It's awesome! It doesn't smell at all and I have seen precisely one (1) fruit fly, which is not a lot. A+ thank you person who made this, you did a great job!

I was thinking of buying one of those IKEA plant cabinets but they are $200 even used.

My last foster dog just moved out and I won't be doing dogs anymore.

I realized I could probably just put some plastic wrap on the crate, not have to rearrange any furniture, and move my orchids into that space.

Looking for feedback on how many hours per day to run the fan and humidifier?

Also there are some gaps in the plastic around the door, which I figured would be good for airflow, but is it too much?

Is the fan too powerful? (120VAC 60Hz 0.165A 12W)

It's pretty dry here in the summer, and hot outside but I have A/C so inside is pretty temperate. I know about temperature for blooming, and media and such, but it's my first foray into greenhouse with humidifier for my babies. It's much drier here than where I got the orchids many years ago and they definitely need more humidity.

Mostly just trying to replicate that setup from The Secretary tbh (last photo)

edit: oh my gosh it already smells like a plant store in there (that sweet humidity) I can tell they're going to be so happy

Fun fact, Did you know if you put glow in the dark things in sunlight, eventually they start turning black like Skelly here

Extra squishy face and snuggly as can be

I want a smaller indoor bin with levels like the ones in the picture... Is there any major difference between them that I should know about before I buy one? Are 4 levels better than 2? Which one has the least worms trying to escape? Also considering Blütezeit 3-Tray Worm Composter (32QT) that's not in the photo.
