What ways have you found to be most effective in reducing cortisol levels?

I found out my cortisol is very very high, I’m stressed and anxious all the time. I don’t want to go on meds if I don’t have to so hoping to find a good supplement, or lifestyle changes that’ll facilitate lowering my cortisol. Thanks

Give me a fun play through idea!

So I have a a current run but I haven’t played in a while so I’m debating just started fresh and really trying to role play it or do something that keeps it interesting for me. Absolutely love the game however I have never beaten it and I’d really like to go for that this time.

Sad day - Wanted to make a paddle powered boat since we don't have propellers...

I really thought the paddles would work but the rudder wouldn't. I guess I'll have to wait til I get thrusters :(

Glass beads for Kandi?

Will they allow a kit with glass beads for Kandi making? I wanted to get a kit for our group to make some Kandi at the campsite and I want to do glass but will they allow the kit into the festival?

What do you guys use for power at the campsite?

Just wondering what everyone uses for powering phones, fans, whatever for daily use that lasts through the festival? Product links, pictures and/or advice would be helpful if possible, thanks forest family! :)

Just got the game, roughly 5 hrs in, still in starter area with 450k Cr. Any tips or info to help a noob?

(Playing on PC)Got the game, immediately started running courier missions as I don’t know if I’m equipped for mining or doing those encrypted data missions. I got the horizons sidewinder.

I’d really like to upgrade to a better hauling ship and preferably something that can mine ore.

Anyways open to any and all information that would be helpful to me, upgrades, good ships to get, best missions for money or fun etc.

Excited to get into this game!

UPDATE on the baby squirrel I found at my door. Check previous post for context.

So my little buddy is back, alive and seemingly well! People recommended I capture it and raise myself for a bit or bring to a rehabber. I now believe the squirrel is ok other than a bit too innocent for the dangers around.

Been watching it for a few days from afar and it’ll run off when I get close.
But today after constantly checking my door again, it’s back! And eating the oats.(all I had at the time)

Now my question is, should I try to capture it and care for it? Or should I just leave some food and water out for the little fella until it gets bigger and stronger? Maybe even make a small shelter for it since we frequently have others’ dogs in our yard scaring the poor thing off?

I apologize I don’t know anything about this stuff other than what people have told me here and some research into it. Just wanna see the little one grow up
Into adulthood.

Thanks for all the help everyone! :)

Which game should I buy/play first? Noita, Subnautica 2, or the last caretaker?

I’m torn between the three. Just discovered noita, looks like such a great game however I’ve been eyeing the last caretaker for ages and it’s on sale right now. And of course Subnautica 2 just hit EA and I’d really love to try it out, I do know it doesn’t have a TON of content so far.

Thoughts? Any recommendations for anything? I’m currently enjoying far far west and crimson desert but I just want something a little different this weekend I think. Maybe a survival game? Idk

How do I know if a young squirrel has been abandoned or not? Info in post

I’ve been watching a mother and her baby around my house lately just observing from afar and about 5 hrs ago I saw them and the mother ran off, baby hid. I came home and found the little guy all alone scratching at my door.(have not fed them ever) The baby was also trying to get to my hands rather than getting spooked when I reached out towards it from behind my glass.

I really love animals so I immediately started to worry something may have happened to the mom or i may have scared her off permanently?

I don’t know so I wanted to post and see what the signs would be it’s been abandoned? And if so should I try to rescue and take it to an animal rehab or anything like that? The squirrels sibling already died last week so I’d hate to see something happen to this one too. Thanks in advance!

Edit: I am home now. Haven’t seen the little one or the mother so I’m guessing it went back to its nest. I had been going home to check and see if it showed up again but it hasn’t.
Hoping the mother came back but tomorrow I’m going to look around for it, and catch it if I see it alone again. Hope the little thing makes it through the night ok.

Is afterpay only available through certain retailers? Or can I choose after pay with any purchase?

If anyone could give me a quick rundown on their experiences with it, I’d appreciate it. Thanks!

What is going on with all the accounts getting suspended lately?

I’ve been seeing so many comments and posts literally in the past few days of people getting suspended. I just now got a text from a friend about her account getting suspended also…I am now a little worried myself. So is this new? What’s causing this?
