i want to break up with my bf with adhd

my bf was never taught any coping mechanisms and his family still enables him constantly. He had addiction issues and still does that he blames on him being pumped full of adhd medication at a young age. He doesn’t know how to properly clean up after himself. He is a mess and constantly makes my house a mess the second he opens the door. His family just enables him by cleaning up after him.

He constantly spends money on random crap then whines about having no money. He’s a compulsive liar

He also can’t do a basic task. I asked him to feed my cats and one has to take medicine once in the mornings and once at night (which is the most important task because my grandma is allergic and can’t help give him the medicine but can help with feeding) and he made up his own timing for the medicine based on me saying he has to be at my house before 6 because my grandma sleeps then, meanwhile i said morning and night.

the crumble swastika is actually the buddhist symbol

wondering if it was done with malicious intent but it’s technically called a sauvastika.

does anybody else feel like influencers use thrifting as an excuse to just buy tons of crap

this lady on facebook that thrifts and puts her stuff away keeps showing up on my feed. i feel like she’s buying new stuff everyday. she has this extensive organization going on and everything has a place but seeing how much she already has and watching her continue to buy more is so overwhelming.

i feel like a lot of people do this though. im also a reseller of my own personal items so i see a lot of resellers posts and the amount of stuff they have in storage is crazy. i can’t believe there’s so many people in this world with so many things including myself

cashiers getting blamed for people walking out with un purchased merchandise….

my manager keeps telling me to scan and bag because apparently someone at the store i work at walked out without paying (idk if it was intentional or not, i think it was because the computer and chip reader is just dysfunctional and didn’t scan the person’s card) and showed me some ai designed sign about scan and bag and said we need to keep the items behind the register until the customer pays now. the sign doesn’t say anything about that.

my question is how is this not security’s problem. they’re just letting people walk out with free merchandise? are they not supposed to be checking receipts.

does anyone else just say f it and throw stuff out sometimes

i just threw this medium sized metal pot i had into the garbage because it was in my kitchen sink and when i came home there’s a sewage backup that it has been sitting in. i contemplated trying to disinfect it but the thought of cooking on it after the fact was just making my stomach churn. i didn’t even recycle it because i just couldn’t deal with it.

i feel like the amount ive attempted to differ from landfill makes up for times like these.

just wanted to share a story that i’ve learned to laugh at

i was just remembering how one time i was laying in my exes bed and had just woken up. we were facing each other and he was on his phone. I looked in the reflection of his eye and he was watching straight up twerk videos in the bed next to me. i think i started crying silently but present me wouldve just grabbed the phone and called him out😭😭😭 i guess that’s progress. i used to be so scared to speak up.

just thought it was funny because i was really a detective through that whole relationship without even trying.

has reselling affected your personal spending habits? especially regarding trending items

i began reselling because of a borderline hoarder situation that was beginning to form in my families house and it’s made me much more aware of my spending habits specifically with trending items.

i never really was one to buy trendy items but i was wondering if this hobby/job has changed anyones perspectives on what kind of things they buy for personal enjoyment or use. I usually end up running into the trendy items in about a year at the thrift store or from someone giving it away etc so i would never buy a trending item ever again during its peak.

I’m thinking of things like labubu, stanley, etc. that are blowing up now. I just view them as items that will most likely become worthless at some point (like modern day beanie babies😭😭)

Am i able to post British dvds since they have no rating on the box?

Apparently you’re not allowed to sell unrated dvds on vinted. I have a lot of british dramas i’m looking to sell that do not have a rating printed on the box. would listing these be against guidelines?
