I just got my hair done today and I love it!

My color before was a 3/4 level at the root and some super grown out warm caramel pieces. She added more highlights and toned me copper/red while keeping my root a level 4n. Cut off about 2 ish inches as well.

Rescued a pregnant mama kitty back in march, she had her babies, and now we need a home for her. Her name is Maple

We have tried to integrate her into our home but she doesn’t get along too well with the other cats. We’ve tried all the things that are recommended. I think she would be best as an only cat (she LOVES humans). We found her out in front of my house and she is now fixed and has her shots. My vet thinks she’s 2 or 3 years old. She is very playful and very soft! She should be indoor only or have access to a catio given her previously feral lifestyle. She is a spoiled baby here and I want her to go to a good home. If you love orange girl kitties she may be the one for you! All her babies were perfect and healthy and they all went to great homes and I want that for her too. I have four other kitties right now and I think that is just too stressful for her. We keep her on one half of my house and the other kitties stay on the other side. She gets to explore sometimes but I have to make sure all the other kitties are not accesible to her. Thank you ❤️❤️

Favorite lightweight/stick vacuums?

I can’t do a roomba because my floors are all too unlevel and I have too many shag carpets. I have a Dyson vacuum and it’s too heavy to lug around, and I have a small handheld vacuum but I think it’s dying on me. I’d like to replace it with a lightweight stick vacuum (or anything that’s just easier to use) under $200 if possible. There are many of them out there so I thought I would consult you fine people since we all suffer with chronic pain! Thank you

My soft dramatic makeup look

The best looks on me is blush, defined brows, light on the eye shadow with cluster lashes, matte or satin sheer lip color. Sheer to medium coverage foundation with super light natural bronzer. I don’t look good with heavy eye makeup or glossy lips

I love to cook and am putting together a cookbook of easy recipes that helped me through my arthritis diagnosis

It’s all very easy recipes and gluten free, it is what I did with my time after I got diagnosed. I am not a doctor or a chef, just someone who loves to cook and suffer with psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia.

Anyway, I am almost done with it, it’s called Arthritis Kitchen and I want to offer the PDF here for anyone who wants it.

I should be done with the ebook this week.

Send me a DM or comment here so I can come back to it if you’re interested.

This is a screen shot of all the recipes I am using for the book so you can see a small thumbnail pic of each recipe. It’s currently 75 recipes but I think I am cutting a few out that are redundant. Breakfast, snacks, lunches/bowls, and plated dinners. Everything is meant to be EASY and fresh and healthy. There are also substitutions offered and how to make it even easier to make.

My cousin was on the show ER in the 1990s. This picture with George Clooney is probably 1995 or 1996.

George signed this picture for my aunt who is no longer with us. My cousin was on the show for a couple years when it first aired.

As a professional makeup artist I have to mention that lip gloss is a sensory nightmare for me

You can keep your lip oils and your lip glosses and balms I cannot handle it lol. The texture is awful and my hair gets stuck in it. Matte lip for life.

What are your sensory nightmares with makeup and skincare? Or anything beauty related?

Is anyone in here working in the beauty industry and how do you feel about it, what are your challenges?

I made a lot of changes with my approach to fitness but nothing worked quite as well as not drinking

Life changing results!! Took a couple years but I got there. I have some autoimmune issues so I am working back up to where I was before and I’ll get there!
