guys - looks like Steelcase has its own headrest now, anybody tried it and knows how it compares vs Atlas? Also is the common consensus Era fabric is most durable?

Thx

Morris Essex reverse commute

Guys - don't travel much on NJT and on-time performance data didn't show me specific trains. Is the 802am MNE 6613 out of Penn towards Dover typically on time and if not, what is the usual delay? What would a good backup me - maybe take train to Summit and uber from there? Thanks

4 in 1 cable

Hi there. I do know that Four in One cables do not offer fast charging at all. However, is there a cable that use a USB-C instead of USB-A on the power outlet side and will have a marginally better charging speed to my iPhone? If there is, kindly recommend one you have used thanks.

Route 4 to GW

Guys - from route 4, when approaching GWB and getting an option between upper and lower level, there is a Restricted lane for 3+ in car or buses. Is this typically faster than the lower level? Waze suggests lower right now but not sure if the restricted lane is a dedicated lane all the way to where the toll cameras are - thanks

Selling FXAIX

I can't see an option to sell a specific lot from a May 2026 purchase of FXAIX - it's not giving me an option to choose any particular units whether I choose shares or dollars. Thanks

Schlage encode plus battery life

I have two questions primarily targeted to folks who have had this Lock at least for a year and are actively using it every day for NFC tap to unlock

  1. How many days maybe in percentage terms have you not been able to tap to unlock because of some software upgrade or another glitch?
  2. Do you recommend turning off Wi-Fi for longer battery life, I don’t need remote unlock on phone at all. I also don’t need any logging given my alarm panel does all that.

Thx

New Chase card after they closed all my accounts

Hey guys, I had my checking and savings and three business cards closed six months ago as I wasn’t able to show up at the bank in time after they detected a family member phone Apple Pay was using my card which I did authorize. I was able to successfully open a new checking account last month as co-owner. Which is the credit card most likely to be approved at this point? Can I apply for the reserve for the 150K bonus or I should pick another one to restart the relationship or doesn’t really matter? My credit score overall remains at 810 and Chase didn’t report anything related to this to any of the credit bureaus and even the ECW report is clean

529 investing strategy

Guys

Researched this with AI that makes mistakes so want to validate here. Goal is to do a 5yr superfunding 95k using one donor into account where I'm beneficiary myself (with intention to change beneficiary to older child in 8yrs). Also, fund 50k into 529 with beneficiary set to special needs younger child (may roll into Able account in 10yrs). Also keeping some money aside to set up SNT in a few yrs. Only I would have to fill one form 709 per child and not spouse. Also, spouse isn't contributing right now so free to contribute 18k in subsequent yrs for each child

Does this strategy sound ok?

Thanks

FIOS $20 off

Verizon FIOS customer service offered to take me out of the $5/mo on FIOS & Mobile each to a single $20 off FIOS only. Would that require me to do auto-pay on both bills (so far I only had auto-pay from checking on FIOS & used Credit card on Mobile). Also, would this allow me to stay on my 5G get more unlimited plan) - Thanks

A1438 Apple Lightning Digital AV Adapter

Guys - need an old school method to connect a real old senior's iPad 9th Gen (lightning connector) to a TV and I used to use this method but see reports it works inconsistently due to HDMI handshake failing. Occurred with me to with error 'This accessory requires too much power' but after an IOS upgrade, it started working. My main question is this - Given senior lives alone, would a wired connection to simply see iPad content on a bigger screen be still better than installing an Apple TV and mirroring content. Need minimal troubleshooting & highest level of consistency. There is no other need for any Apple TV functions. Also, if there is a certain brand of HDMI cable certified by Apple that you suggest, I'm all ears. Thanks

I do have 6-month cash reserves set aside and also a regular brokerage account that can fund a few yrs of living expenses but still. How did you folks evaluate this
