Art for a queer birding group!

Cute bird commission I got to do this week for Queer As Flock Bend! 🦅🌈

If you’re local to Bend OR and interested in joining a fun chill queer community, my cousin runs this birding group and they’re super cool! I got to go on a walk last year and it was a great time :)

First time EVER seeing a luna moth in real life!

This beautiful luna moth was so stunning! I’ve always wanted to see one in person and two years after moving to the east coast I can finally say I have :’) Absolutely magical moment that I will cherish forever, I’m so happy my husband spotted this guy. He was freshly emerged just a few inches from the footpath so we moved him to a tree nearby for safety!

Corn snake art 🐍🌱

Just finished this drawing guy for a commission recently, isn’t he cute? I love corn snakes’ patterns and colors regardless of what morph they are, they’re all so beautiful!

Did you know hognose snakes shed their tongues? This is a piece of my lemon ghost boy’s tongue shed that I caught him “sneezing” out! Usually it just gets swallowed with food or water, and my other hognose has a pink tongue so his are white and I never find them. Really cool to see!

I drop feed for enrichment, and Macaroni is… not the brightest bulb in the box. Always makes for an amusing mealtime!

Hatched from an unknown species of moth cocoon in eastern Virginia, USA. I know it’s a parasitic species that consumed the caterpillar inside, but was unable to find the exact genus/species or even just family online as I’m not willing to use AI to scan it. Any help would be great, thanks! I’m not worried about it being a danger or anything, just a curious insect enthusiast :)

This guy has a mutation called erythrism that creates a gorgeous pink color! If you’ve never heard of this before, Google “erythristic katydid” :)

These are available on my site if you’re interested! I make cute and colorful nature art <3 www.marshynoodle.com
