Jrock music theory a complete beginner

I've been playing guitar for a year with the goal of eventually making music similar to yorushika, tuyu and others. I've been making covers but I have no idea where i should start learning music theory. If someone could tell me what to start with or something like a timeline of what I should learn in order it would help a lot

I recently formed an intermediate level online band that’s heavily inspired by yorushika and other artists. So far we have a lead guitarist(me), rhythm guitarist, and vocalist. We still need a drummer and bassist though aged 13-18

We use discord to practice and communicate

15M looking to form an intermediate online or inperson J-rock style band, taking inspiration from artists like: Yorushika, TUYU, RADWIMPS, AKFG, etc.

I play lead guitar and have been playing since last year. I'd say I'm decent atm but theres still lots of room for me to improve, I post covers on Tiktok and have a decent following on there.(not self promo)

Roles filled:

Guitarists, vocalist

Roles needed:

drummer, bassist

(13-18)
