Where’s his Leica?
I post digital pictures on reddit analog camera communities after I’ve added grain and made them look like film. I also say I took them with a Leica M6, 35mm Summilux, on Kodak Tri-x film.
These were taken on my iPhone and processed with Snapseed.
I do it for the likes. I don’t even own a film camera.
How is the shutter button and overall feel of the camera? Heard it was light weight (plasticy). Overall how satisfied are you with the feel of the camera itself?
I believe I saw something a few months ago pop up as an ad where it was a Leica Shutter speed dial on a keychain that spun but I can’t find it to save my life now.
Something high end and brass that simulates film camera motions (shutter speed, film advance lever, button to take the picture) but still has the mechanical weight behind it. Anything close to this would be amazing.
Like I don’t even take pictures. I just use mine as a fidget spinner when I’m bored.
For someone who also has this camera, do the autofocus points illuminate like on modernish DSLRs? Mine do not (but autofocuses fine).
