“Indian National travelling from Kathmandu via delhi to a third country may be required to obtain an NOC from Emabasy Of India Kathmandu prior to travel”. Has anyone experienced this?

It’s a funny incident which I wanted to share. So, recently I was traveling to Paris in June with my Rimowa.
When I departed from India, it’s just normal, no one cares, just few glances. However, in Paris, I did got approached by a (seemingly) old British lady asking for help with money. Funny, there were a ton of ppl, but the way she looked @ my luggage and decided to come to me for help, got me off guard.
I only had €5 cash, so I gave to her and hoped, she gets the ticket back to London.
This never happened, as I don’t travel fancy and rarely get perceived as someone who might have shareable money.
Anyone has such experience?

Got a chance to sit road side and try one of the most famous ice cream in espresso near Ben Thanh market. Apparently, this is a very famous spot among youngsters and is always super crowded. There are seating inside, but the pedestrian stool is the best !!!

I recently visited EU for a conference and my visa has a remark - Visit Pro, which I understand is a business visa.
I want to go to Europe again for a vacation and wondering if I can apply for a tourist visa while this visa is still active?

I had Kouglof for the first time and must admit it’s an acquired taste.
It did have a taste of alcohol in some way.

Got a chance to try this dessert. Looks very normal, but a bite tastes super complex. It has a tart base with pistachio cream & covered with vanilla cream. Not sure what’s different, but the vanilla cream is like nothing I had before.
