need advice, my $40 mouse got delivered with photo by FedEx but when I got to check for it after notification, it's just GONE I walked around neighborhood seeing if it somehow drifted off and it's just nowhere to be seen, some jerk just has to ruin thing for people, what's can razer do about this?

It was a mouse that had clicking issues so I did an RMA AND 2 weeks later I got it back only for it to be stolen, is there any success stories getting a package redelivered or am I just screwed

I usually get probably max 1.5hrs, what do you all get?

I was just playing Halo 1 VR and unfortunately got my experience ruined by the low battery pop-up and it just sucks how bad the battery is, is this really normal?

I'm streaming AUTOMATIC resolution, and 120HZ.

It was a wonderful session though I didn't get a single stutter for once! My only problem is the Battery life, I thought STREAMING was suppose to be better vs native gaming, I know the headset still has to send all the tracking data and literally every positional data that the headset sends to the PC so is what's killing it using my 6GHz connection?

what am I suppose to even do, how do I appeal this, support page shows me nothing and everything looks like it's generated with AI, you can't even contact a person, what the heck?

I don't care about counting followers, I care about my comments being seen and getting reactions, all my comments and posts get 0 views practically now, I can still like comment everything like usual, and for some God awful reason my for you page feed has been tainted with full on Hard N words and Nazis posts, literally showing Anime and things I DO NOT CARE FOR, I use the platform for GAMING NEWS and EMULATOR INFO and they get to post with thousands of reacts!? Absolutely ridiculous, wtf did I ever do, say shit and fuck too many times? or are they mad I never gave them money for a blue checkmark.

I don't like it, I don't love it and I don't hate it, I'm just confused because it's new, I have had nothing but issues with the controller since it finally showed up and to be honest I am really not liking it, I want to return it because the things I thought it could do arent working, or is it because I'm a windows user and I shouldn't be using the controller ??

I finally got it setup PERFECTLY for desktop use but when I want to play games that's where everything goes south and the issues come flying in.

I've had nothing but problems when switching to games, for one a major issue is I have to unplug my keyboard mostly everytime I relaunch a game to get it to switch to controller and this is getting very irritating as I am constantly having to go behind the PC and unplug the keyboard and plug it back in, I've already done this over 30 times today and it seems completely ridiculous as a workaround I have no idea how to fix.

I am new to steam input and most of the time I just disable it because I'm coming from using Xbox/PS controllers so the games I play don't need them due to being already compatible.

currently I am trying to setup action sets which I think lets me change the layout if I hold a specific button long enough to switch modes to whatever I want and I just can't understand how to activate it ?? I found info online about stuff from 10 years ago and it's for the original steam controller and that's not helping at all since this is 2026 lol

My other issue is vibrations are so light and faint like it's barely even there, is that a steam input thing I can turn up? I can't find anything in the menus?

the physical controller is kinda ok in my hands, I am use to Xbox Series and PS5 controllers and I kinda prefer those instead, I've only had the Steam Controller for a while now but its just not fitting in, especially since I have never used back buttons before which I keep accidentally hitting, so I simply disable them, but the back buttons make me feel like my hands are cramping cause how awkward it is to me it's like a foreign object, is that normal ??? I don't get hand cramps with the other controllers I mentioned.

My PC is strictly gaming so there is literally nothing on it but Steam, A Browser, and some old games, the only launcher is Xbox + Steam, I don't have discord on it so Idk if the controller is conflicting with anything or what but I feel like my PC is as basic for gaming as it can get?

the real issue is, I am spending more time trying to get it to work instead of just playing games, how do I do this?

Edit: I think my eddits ruined the formating of the body, but also USER ACCOUNT CONTROL keeps disabling mouse mode???? I have to get up and grab my wireless mouse/keyboard combo it's very annoying and the whole point of the controller purchase was for combining 3 things I love, controllers, mouse and keyboard.

same with turning on PC and logging in, at login screen it lets me use the mouse function as trackpad for only a few seconds before locking me out. It's annoying should I have not bought this for windows use?
