As an aromantic and asexual transsex man I can't help but chuckle a little when cis bi girls in straight relationships complain about being invisible and erased
Mainstream western-centric and US-centric subreddit are not allowed to say they're part of the trans community.
A community is based on social cohesion. To be considered an active member of society, you have the duty to use your privilege to help the more socially disadvantaged ones, and in our case it is helping people DIY when they have no alternative, and giving people a platform to learn when and how to safely DIY is the least you can and should do in a supposedly international space. By banning any kind of mention of it, you're making your society exclusive to people who were lucky enough to be born in a supportive family which is rich enough to sustain transitioning costs or privileged enough to live in a country/area where the NHS is not transphobic. this behaviour is anti-social and makes you a collection of classist and egotistical trans individuals, not a community.
