Hello! I just started my employment in IBM last month and I am frightened about my performance evaluation already because I sometimes have unclear understanding of the requirements. I thought that I was doing them correctly when I am actually not. I suddenly knew I was wrong when it's already time for our daily update. Already happened to me twice. To be fair, this is my first time having mistakes because of unclear requirements. Idk if this is because I was mentally stressed and was unemployed for 6 months. I feel like my tasks were not done efficiently and productively.

I just feel worried and paranoid. 😟

Is it just fine and normal? I am also adjusting in my current project but I am already an experienced employee.

Ang hirap magpainterview sa Java Developer position kapag ang tagal ko nang hindi exposed sa Java. 😭 Weakness ko talaga ang job interviews.

Nagaapply ako sa Java Developer position kasi yun lang ang may marami akong experience pero ang tagal ko na ring hindi exposed sa Java sa work. Mga 2-3 years ago na. Ang hirap gawin yung fake it til you make it. 🥲 Nagaaral din ako minsan pero baka hindi pa sapat.

Gusto ko lang ilabas yung what if moment ko ngayon. 12 years na ang nakakalipas magsimula ng matapos ako sa college. Ngayon ko lang na-realize na sana pala, pumili rin ako ng ibang campus at courses sa UP. Dapat pala ay pinili ko rin ang BS Computer Science sa UPM o sa UPLB. Edi sana mas busog ako sa knowledge and experience nun. Sa previous university ko kasi ay parang nakulangan ako at malungkot ang naging experience ko doon.

Honestly speaking, totga ko na si UP noong college. 🥹
