I’m kinda pissed off cus my first bread turned out ok but this one not so much
I again didn’t use a recipe and just eyeballed it and it felt fine while kneading but I didn’t score it too well and also the oven was probably too hot so the browning wasn’t even😕 really thought I was the king of bread and now I feel like a fool wearing a plastic crown thats chipping off
Maybe this is a sign I should start using recipes and a scale

I have never made bread in my life, and I didn’t use a recipe nor did I measure anything just mixed flour yeast water salt and olive oil till it felt right? I read somewhere you need steam for bread so I added ice cubes on a try kinda beside it
It looks ok??? I genuinely thought I would mess it up. This bread thing is easy asf😄 It’s kinda hot so I’ll let it cool on this thing I found and cut it later✌️✌️
