Help me settle a debate between me and my friends: If only HALF of the Pokemon and (non-echo) Fire Emblem cast from Ultimate can return in the next Smash, who's staying (and why)?

WHAT IF: Team Star as a Pokemon Gen 9 villain rep with these 3 Pokemon as a rotation!

Since all 3 Pokemon were in Pokemon Scarlet/Violet, a rotation of a quick up close Ninja, a slow hard hitting Wrestler, and an average ranged(?) Magician would be pretty a pretty unique contrast from Pokemon Trainer by having the final stage of three different generations instead of three different evolution stages of the same generation. And since all 3 are dual Dark types I figured the villain grunts from Gen 9 would be more fitting than the player characters.

And besides with the inevitable roster cuts for Smash 6, this would allow for Greninja and Incineroar to keep appearing while sharing a slot.
