20 pizzas ordered to a church address on a Saturday with "hand to customer". Arrived to the address and nobody was there. I call the customer and she said "Oh I called the store and told them a different delivery time. I'm on my way to the church and I'll be there in 15 minutes." Asked if somebody else was there maybe, there was a Ring camera... "Yes ring the doorbell I told them to get the pizzas from you". Nobody is coming/answering. I told her I had another delivery to make and can't wait 15 minutes. I'm now chatting with customer support and they're saying to wait they will extend the time (???).

The lady finally says she's at the church but doesn't see me. Long story short she entered the wrong church address and her church of the same name but missing "Baptist" is 9 miles away on city streets. Customer service cancelled the entire order and said "donate the pizzas to someone in need" so I dropped them off at the nearest gay bar. 🤷🙏
