how cooked is it, pc boots up to a black screen with no bios or cursor

the last thing that happened was it froze suddenly during an editing session, then it wouldn't get part the windows loading screen, and after i waited a little while it did work but the gpu was disabled, then i tried restarting it with a new driver downgrade to potentially fix it and then it wouldn't even show the bios anymore

i reseted and unplugged everything so far, how cooked is this computer

those two + three other guys have been chasing me for the entire gameplay because i bonked one of their guys
