Just curious. My vote goes to the revolver scopes. But i want a general consensus.

I heard they are back to trying to reduce vet percentage based on how well treatment is working.

Is that true?

I know EAA and taurus make an M9 beretta 92fs clone.

But i am curious. Is there a clone conpany that makes a 92fs or better yet 96a1/92a1 clone that is purely american made? I know beretta has a plant in america. But beretta is italian, EAA is European, girsan is turkish, and taurus is Brazilian.

Or would the only option for an american SOMETHING like a 92 just be a ruger p80/90 series.

I want to see for myself if the markings are consistent with a self inflicted hanging.

What happens if you get granted va disability and then end up in prison? I know it doesnt accumulate. But after 20 years behind bars do you then get the 20 year protection?

I have a 8 inch casing (at the top) well that is sealed. If i lost power and needed water, how could i draw water from the well? Its a 260 foot well

So we filed for an increase. Went from 70 total to 90.

This eas last year. Our last day to appeal to get to 100 for mental (ive looked at 38cfr and i qualify for 100 but only got approved for 70 on MH) is on the same day as the last day to appeal is the 10 year anniversary of me getting mental health rated. So ill have my 10 year protection.

He wants to appeal mental and potentially get backpaid from febuary of 2024 till whenever they approve if they approve mental to 100%. I want to wait for my 10 year protection, backpay be damned. He only gets backpay as payment, 30%. Which would be a big chunk for him.

Here is my questions.

1. Am i being silly? Waiting for my 10 year protection i mean. If youve dealt with the VA you know how scary it is, especially when if we get reduced to 0 for mental health me and my family will be on the street.

2. Can he do anything to impede me? Like if he doesnt have my best interest at heart. He was really really pushing for me to just file the appeal. Would a lawyer representing a client do that, specifically for more backpay?

3. He said mental health appeal would take about 5 months. Is that true? Or was he lying to get me to agree.

4. Am i wrong for feeling bad and possibly saying screw the 10 year protection snd going forward? My idea of labor and his idea of labor are completely different, him being white collar, research and representation is labor to him. To me its not. And i understand that divide. Ive always been more blue collar.

Im in a really tough spot. Im an Army vet. Yes i am using VA benefits but thats paying the bills. Not my debt. Ive got about 15k in unsecuried debt and owe 33k on my car. I dont want to get into how i got into this situation, just know that it was barely my fault.

Unsecured debts are:

5500 credit card

4300 credit card

1500 credit card

4300 personal loan

Im desperately looking for a grant that will pay off some or all of this debt. We cant lose the car. We live in the middle of nowhere and without a car we will not be able to get to a grocery store and buy groceries.

Im desperate. What grants do i qualify for

Q1. You know those big hood scoops on what youd think of as a hot rod? If someone had one of those on their car, A. Is it illegal because it blocks some of the view and B. Would you care to pull them over and cite them for it?

Q2. Ive seen alot of people riding motorcycles with their dogs. A. Is that illegal for some reason? B. Would you pull them over? C. Would it matter how they were carrying thwir dog? Such as a plated dedicated pull behind motorcycle trailer the dog is in with his head out and a wind shield. What about if they were carrying a big dog on a giant backpack with the dogs head sticking out obviously.

Im on the VA website and the community care link on my medical records just says see notes and images with no notes or images.

Do i just contact the third party clinic myself?

Or would you call it common.

Im on unemployment. My bills are paid by my VA benefits. But my well needed a clean. I thought it was under warranty so i called the well service. They didnt tell me they were charging me. It was fkin 200 bucks for 10 minutes of work. They showed up, cleaned the algae off and left.

Now i owe 200 bucks and they will ask for interest if i dont pay it by the end of the month.

My unemployment checks arent alot. Frankly barely enough for groceries but i can cash app 50 bucks everytime till its paid off.

Is that okay? Can someone give me a hand here?

For what its worth too im fkin drowning in debt. Life sucks. Im selling one if my favorite motorcycles to pay off some debt, i just need a hand up. This well bill issue is going to out me over the edge.
