He introduced himself and our conversation went like this after he asked me where I’m from..

“I’m from Ethiopia”

“Ohh, I’m Italian, our counties have history”

“Yeah, you guys tried to colonize us”

He then gave an awkward laugh.

I feel kinda bad because I don’t think he was trying to be dick. I just responded like that instantly without thinking lol

Was I in the wrong to say that?

That’s from billy woods of Armand Hammer on their song “Glue Traps” by Armand hammer & The Alchemist

woods is known for having a predominantly white fan base, that line made me chuckle.

I am curious of other songs where rappers diss their own fans, even in a joking way.
