Sometimes they’re green, but when I turn the strength of the air up, multiple purifiers around my house turn red. This is concerning because I don’t know what they’re detecting. And yes, it’s an old house that had asbestos but I paid a company to remove and cap what they could AND then I hired a third company to test the air quality afterwards. Granted, the AC wasn’t on and functioning when they tested the air. They tested the air after the removal job. I’m worried.

I do have 4 chihuahuas. Hard wood floors and I don’t vacuum that often.

How crazy am I for choosing a wired digital thermostat for my central heating over wireless?

Like, how much EMF would a wireless thermostat really emit?

The main sources of EMF in our home are already:

WiFi router

Cell phones

Alarm system

Nothing else / no other smart devices or blue tooth things

The main benefit of wireless is we’d be able to put the thermostat upstairs not all the way down in the kitchen.

It happens occasionally (and of course always on the expensive shirts) and doesn’t come out after subsequent washes. This particular shirt that got ruined tonight was 50% cotton 50% polyester. He washed it on cold, with other clothing, using fragrance free baby detergent from Molly Suds.

I’m going to start weaning baby off the boob to prepare my body for IVF in a few months.

I am planning on just offering her the boob at night and in the morning (and hoping my plan of nixing her night feeds this month works before I wean her from the boob!)

How long should I stay the course of just morning and night boob before I stop offering boob entirely?

Planning my sisters bachelorette at her request. She chose the house and is paying her share (her decision). I have planned and purchased everything else. We have two dinners out. Everything is gong on my card, and the other gals are paying me back. I presume I cover my sister’s food and drinks too? She originally said that’s how most people do it (again, I’m fine with it. It’s a one time thing and I know it’s my obligation as older sister). But now she’s saying I shouldn’t pay for her food and drinks out? Just wondering if there’s consensus on the etiquette here before I respond to her.

There were these personalized name tapes in the 80s. I had one for my name. They don’t make them anymore and I don’t see any being sold with my daughter’s name.

Could a tape with a different name plugged into songs be dubbed out and replaced with my daughter’s name?

Just curious! I am trying to figure out what sign my second daughter should be, in the hopes that they’ll get along well AND I’ll get along well with them.

I tend to love Cancers. I also love Sags but they tend to travel and roam, and I want daughters who will stay close to family as they age.

I don’t want a boring song. So no Virgo. I don’t know any Caps. I am hit or miss with Taurus.
