Best place to buy fresh and quality fruits?

For fruit lovers, where do you consider the best place in Edinburgh to buy fruits (excluding the regular supermarkets)?

Fruits aren't ripening at home

I'm having a problem. It's a problem I've experienced for years now. A lot of fruit I buy from different super markets don't ripen reliably at home, and I don't understand why.

When I buy bananas, they ripen very reliably. But when I buy plums, peaches, apricots, persimmons, papayas, nectarines, and others, a lot of it goes in the bin because they don't ripen into something edible. They just gradually decay, never truly reaching an edible and ripe state. For reference, I live in the UK, and I've lived in different parts of the country over the years, yet I continually experience this problem, even during the summer, and I just cannot understand why.

I also can't find any information about this problem. It's as if no one else experiences this problem and I'm the only one that's affected. But I can't understand how that can be the case. I buy high or medium quality fruits, and I leave them out on a table or counter, and I do it throughout the year, even in the summer, over multiple years, in multiple houses, in different parts of the country. Why isn't the fruit ripening?

I'm pretty poor mind you, and this fruitarian lifestyle has been a continuous drain on my wallet. So I basically now just avoid buying the fruits that don't ripen. And I hate it because I don't get to eat some great fruits. I've never even tasted papaya. This sucks so much and idk how to fix it.

I want sticky keys to exclude the Windows key

I want sticky keys enabled but only for Ctrl and Shift keys, not the Windows key. Can this be achieved through AHK?

I have an Asus 5080 laptop and I have armoury crate installed. I enabled manual mode to see what's inside. Problem is that it now takes up a fourth space on the dedicated performance mode button that switches between performance modes. I never use it and it just makes the cycle longer and I just want to revert back to the state where it was disabled, but it doesn't seem like there's an option to do that. How can I do it? Will I have to reinstall armory crate?

Heaven used to be the go to but it's too old now. Is there a more modern alternetive that has modern graphics and is good at stress testing?

I have a strix scar 2025 5080 i9-275hx laptop. I've been trying for hours to get undervolting to work. I've managed to turn off the overclocking lock in BIOS but when I go into Intel xtu, it allows me to overvolt, but undervolt protection is still enabled. Everywhere online says undervolt protection needs to be disabled in BIOS but I can't find the option anywhere. It seems there is a way to do it manually in the BIOS but it's capped to only -30mv. This is a powerful laptop. I don't see why I wouldnt have the option to test how far I can undervolt myself. Or is it because Asus, in particular, is unstable when it comes to undervolting? And if that's the case, why is there nothing about this on the entire internet?

I have the strix scar 2025 with 5080 and I want my fans to be quieter on performance mode. In terms of the balance I'm looking for, I specifically want a laptop that's comfortably quiet but will last for years to come. I want my fans to be as quiet as possible without affecting the longevity of the laptop due to high temps. The thing that I am willing to compromise on is the performance. I don't need the framerate to be as absolutely high as possible. It's not something that bothers me much.

So, when I go into the manual performance mode settings on Armory Crate, it gives the message saying that this could damage the laptop and you're responsible for it and all that. And I definitely don't want to damage the laptop and affect its longevity. Like, I would never mess with the clock speeds that you can mess with because that's just asking for massive inefficiency. But what about the fans? Is it safe to go in there just to mess with the fan curves? Can I turn them all the way down to the lowest possible configuration and not have to worry? Or is there some kind of way to find out what exact curve I'm looking for?
