So weird shits gone down in 5 days I needed to address my mental health .. apparently I’ve earned Reddit hated mod status , and those users / status is being discussed with admins .( you really thought calling me out was a good idea ) .. so in a previous post I mentioned Reddit mod code of conduct , and rule 3.. that doesn’t stop nor will it ever … u/ and r/ pings to harass are an immediate ban .. if another gen x community mods hurt your fragile feeling, grow some thicker skin ..

As for the borderline porn..,I’ve watched y’all get banned in every other gen x community , and your carrot waxing ends here .. this is a family oriented community .. not a you get your shit off community .. my nieces my sister and my mom lurk here , I don’t care if you need to tickle your pickle over a nip pic ..that post will be removed and users who frequently cross that line will be banned ..

I didn’t want things to come to this , but it needs to be addressed . A few days ago a couple of users decided they were going to use RealGenerationX to brigade and harass mods in another community .. ( now I see why they were banned , but that’s a story for another day) .. I’ve been banned from related communities myself for silly shit too so take a number.. you aren’t a true Redditor until you’ve been banned for liking a Grover book or blocking a mod/ troll and they find the one post you made months ago and use that to justify a ban and their crushed ego

That being said , we are supposed to be adults .. adults don’t call to action and throw temper tantrums because they were banned .. a certain individual had made a gen x sucks community ,.. that in and of itself is a Reddit MCOC violation .. Rule 3 respect your neighbors .. that’s the fastest way for Reddit admins to lockdown a community .. it will not be tolerated .. anyone calling for action against other communities or creating a community to harass other mods will be an immediate ban , and reported to Reddit..no ifs ands or buts .. save the drama for your llama

As for the other elephant in the room .. there’s a fine line in the sand with NSFW stuff .. a few people have addressed their concerns.. this is a SFW community.. keep that in mind before you let your inner gooner run wild ..

As I understand it a few members have had issues in other Gen x communities.. I get it mods over react , we as Redditors overreact ..We are here to have fun and remember the good times ..

That said Reddit sitewide rules are in effect .. you can complain , but we can’t have issues of brigading or subreddit wars .. the admins will step in because it violates the Mod code of conduct..

No u/ or r/ pinging , harassment etc .. let’s enjoy ourselves ..
