13m, F, Enlarged lymph nodes

Looking for some experiences from other moms because my anxiety is getting the best of me. My daughter is almost 13 months old, and her PT recently mentioned that she could feel quite a few lymph nodes in her neck. My pediatrician is aware of the lymph nodes behind her head and the ones on the right side of her neck. She’s had an ultrasound of the lymph nodes on the right side of her neck and blood work done, and everything came back reassuring. The lymph nodes behind her head and on the right side of her neck have been there since she was around 3 months old. Recently, I’ve noticed what feels like a few small lymph nodes on the left side of her neck too, and I’m planning to mention those to her doctor. Altogether, I can feel around 6–8 small, pea-sized lymph nodes between her neck and the back of her head.
She also just started crawling this week and has been taking an extra nap during the day. I know that could be completely unrelated, but the increased sleep combined with the lymph nodes is really scaring me and making my anxiety spiral. Otherwise, she seems okay. Has anyone else’s toddler had multiple noticeable lymph nodes for months like this? What did your pediatrician say, and did they eventually go down?

Pimple like bumps

My 12 month old has these people like spots all over her body, they don’t seem to bother her but was curious what they were. I have “chicken skin” (Keratosis pilaris) so didn’t know if it was that or what. Anyone else’s kids have this?

Question

Is it normal for a 12 month old to have a snotty nose & a little cough one day after her vaccines? She got the MMR, HepA, Chickenpox & Pneumococcal. She woke up this morning stuffy, she got them yesterday.

Would you be concerned?

Last night i was trying to get my daughter back to sleep and she started coughing and threw up a ton. A few days ago she choked on a yogurt melt and through up a lot as well. I think I’m just in my head about this but it’s got me thinking why does she keep choking/coughing leading to puking. Mind you it’s only happened twice but got me worried.

One year old

This may be a silly question but my daughter is one and has had this little spot/pimple type thing on her private areas. It’s been there for a few weeks and it hasn’t gotten worse but really hasn’t improved maybe slightly. What is this?

Anxiety worse before cycle

Does anyone else’s anxiety get 20x worse a week or so before their period starts? My anxiety is bad to begin with but before my period my ocd and anxiety get so bad. I’m fixated on everything, feel like I can’t breath, analyzing any and everything, always thinking something bad is going to happen. Past few days it’s been so bad I’ve just been constantly worrying. Anyone else have this?
