Gross Motor Delays

I’m just looking for some reassurance and to hear other experiences. My daughter is 11 months old and will be 1 in June, and she just recently started rolling tummy to back. She’s been in PT for about 5 months and has made progress, but I still worry because she is so behind compared to other babies her age. She has torticollis, just got out of a cranial helmet, and is on the smaller side, so I know that can affect development some. I’m just curious when did your babies start crawling or hitting bigger milestones, especially if they were delayed or in PT? Trying not to panic and remind myself every baby moves at their own pace.

Soft spot

My daughter’s physical therapist said something about her soft spot being too big for 11 months?!? I didn’t know that was a thing and I’m freaking out

My almost 11 month old still isn’t rolling, crawling, standing, etc. She hates tummy time with a passion & anything I do doesn’t seem to help. She is in PT once a week and has started pushing up on her arms but will only do it for a short time and can’t roll unless helped. She gets so close rolling back to tummy but can’t get her leg over. She had torticollis & has a cranial helmet. Her PT said her neck had to get stretched/not tight anymore to start being able to do better at lifting her head and all of that. I’m feeling so discouraged & want to cry thinking it’s my fault & im doing something wrong. We work with her all the time but she hasn’t gotten it yet. I know she’s so behind with gross motor skills and it breaks my heart. Has anyone else’s baby been the same?
