I have recently started becoming curious about sex (because I’m almost 16), and a friend of mine I had a crush on offered to show me how things work. We went to school together and then she moved out of town, but we have kept in touch online. When we started kissing I realized I wasn’t ready for this, but didn’t want to say anything (I’m not even sure why). She kept putting her hand in my pants and pressing hard against my vagina, kept squeezing my body, and biting my shoulder— it really hurt, so I told her that I wasn’t ready for sex. She understood, but the rest of the day she kept kissing me and saying “I love you” and put her hand in my pants a few more times, pressing against my vagina hard again. I figured since I already told her I wasn’t ready she’d stop with all that, but it was all day long. I feel like it’s my fault for not making my boundaries clear enough, but I’m really upset. I don’t think this is rape but my room doesn’t feel comfortable anymore and I keep feeling like I want to cry. She didn’t even bring a condom for herself. My friend is moving back into town next year and I really don’t want her to come to school with me because she’ll kiss me in front of everyone and stuff. My shoulder is still bleeding a bit and I feel awful. I did consent at the start so I don’t think it’s really her fault.
