My partner has an old Sony TV that isn't even a smart tv. I have the firestick hooked up to my smart roku tv in the same room but on a different wall. For some reason, my official firestick remote turns his tv on??? Any clue how to prevent that? Lol.
I basically religiously cut out all OTC drugs after my diagnosis except for tylenol for pain. My menstrual cramps right now are horrendous and I am miserable this weekend. I kind of want to take ibuprofen for the anti-inflammatory effects, but I am so afraid to do anything at all with this stupid disease. Has anyone safely taken a dose here or there?

My only meds are Jardiance, Metoprolol, and Furosemide which the doctor wants to cut in half cause of how good my numbers are.
I am not asking for medical advice, I just want to know if anyone else has taken a single base dose of ibuprofen and been fine or had any drastic side effects.
What MMOs exist for the switch currently? Palia is the only one that I know of. I am not looking for a specific theme per say but just games that promote / allow interaction to meet new gamers. I have played most types of game from traditional PC MMOs to Cozy Games to Racers / Shooters / Etc. I just miss games where you could interact and meet new people. I don't mean games where you just get thrown in a match with a couple other people per round but true MMO style (like Palia / Wow / FF / EQ / Runescape / Etc.) Renting a triplex / row home in Orlando, FL. Somehow American Roaches (confirmed) keep getting inside. I consistently apply Ortho Home Defense Max inside and each one we find is dead thankfully, but I want some extra peace of mind. I have seen maintenance at other places walk around with a huge clear container to spray the external perimeter... i don't want to just waste money / bug spray that will wash away immediately but I really want to deter these things and add an additional preventative layer. My next door neighbor does have kids and a dog, though the dog is never just left outside, it just gets walks. What things can I spray or apply that would not be toxic once applied, that will deter them and kill them please? Thanks.
I've seen a lot of people mention the four pillars for HFrEF. I assumed my doctor had me on three of them but not the fourth for some reason. Based on a basic Google search, I think I am only on two?
I am on the Metoprolol and the Jardiance. I also take Furosemide. They were going to put me on Losartan last year but did not for some reason, and I didn't think to ask why.
Am I missing two of the categories?
I wonder why my doctor would not have put me on them. I really want to learn more about this disease and get on the right track for recovery to some degree but I don't have health insurance right now and it's hard to afford the medicines and blood work, let alone to get in to see the doctor.

For everyone who is on diuretics, how long were you on your starter dose before you felt like they were not as effective and like you may have needed a stronger dose?
Hi all. I started a daily indoor cycling routine 2+ months ago. I found a spirit xbr55 recumbant bike at the thrift store. It seems to work well without any mechanical issues and has genuinely helped me actually force myself to commit to a routine. I have a list of health conditions that need me to keep up with this routine I have started. However, every time I am on the bike for more than 30 minutes, my lower back / butt really hurt briefly while I try to stand back up, to the point where I cringe and brace myself and hate having to get back up. I have tried researching online and adjusting both the recline of and distance of the seat. Nothing seems to help. I have tried looking online for some kind of cushion to put on the seat or back, but don't know if that would help or not. I'm perfectly comfortable while i'm riding the bike, it just hurts bad for a brief period when I try to stand back up. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks.

What type of roach please? Central Florida. Pet safe techniques to deter them? I use a perimeter spray and each one we have found has already been dead but I want them to stop coming in at all. We already do not leave any food out, nor trash, and keep moisture to a minimum. The home is a rental so I can only alter it so much. We don't have a pet right now so no pet food out but I am trying to get a service dog so that is why I am looking for pet safe. Thank you.
We moved into a place in March. Since then, we have found 4 of these. Two near the front door, one in a bedroom near the closet and one in the bedroom near the bathroom. One of the four was 100% definitely an American Cockroach because it was huge. The others, I am not sure. Every one we have found has been dead because I use perimeter spray monthly, but I have a real bug fear and even finding them dead drives my anxiety through the roof. Are these the American ones that come in from outside or are they the German type and an infestation is hiding? We share a single wall with neighbors in a triplex, the other 3 walls are all free. Please alleviate my fears, but also, be honest, but like only if you are confident, no guess work please. Thank you.
