I am looking to buy an inexpensive 3-in-1 portable oscilloscope/multimeter, for hobby only, and the 2 I have in mind are the ANENG AOS05 and the Firnsi 2C53T. Since real estate in my desk is at a premium, having a compact, all-in-one solution would be great.

I have read diverging opinions on the FNIRSI, plus lots of reviews on Youtube, but I can't find anything on the Aneng AOS5S - I guess it must be new (?).

On paper, the specs on the Aneng are marginally better, but I don't know if that justifies the difference in price (40 to 60% depending on the vendor) or if it really delivers the extra price.

Do any of you have any experience on this Aneng model?

BTW, I am a hobbist, and I already have a couple Fluke DMMs and a Keysight oscilloscope (albeight several years old), which I recon is what I'd need for precision work. I just want something that is practical and takes very little space.

Quero colocar uma câmera de bordo no meu carro, pois recentemente passei por 2 situações em SP, de quase ter atropelado motociclistas por absoluta imprudência deles, e eu precisaria provar que o culpado eram eles. Felizmente o ABS funcionou e não tinha ninguém atrás de mim (que teria sido outro acidente).

O problema é que há opções demais e é difícil escolher. Tem coisa de R$300 a R$ 4.000, e é bem difícil saber o que é valor de fato do que é apenas preço.

Podem me recomendar boas marcas e modelos, por favor?

Meus requisitos básicos são:
- Aceitar cartão microSD de 256 ou 512Gb

- Ter bateria de longa duração, e recarregável pela USB do carro (acho que isso é bem padrão)

- Ser pelo menos fullHD (1080p), para poder identificar claramente uma placa de algum veículo a poucos metros do meu

- Não precisa filmar o interior do veículo

- Ser pequena e discreta, para também não virar um objeto de cobiça de eventuais ladrões

- Se tiver dados de telemetria (ex velocidade), seria interessante, mas não obrigatório

Não tenho um orçamento definido, mas obviamente não quero pagar R$4k por algo assim. Posso comprar no Aliexpress se for mais barato.

Brazilian here. I'll be in Florida in a few weeks as a tourist for a couple of weeks. I'll be taking my Brazilian driver's license and an International Driver's Permit, and I'll be carrying my passport with B1/B2 visa at all times.

I speak English, albeight not as fluent as I used to, but I also stutter a lot sometimes. It's an abolute random thing and it comes and goes absolutely without any warning (I mean there are no "triggers" for my stuttering). It doesn't mean I am nervous or have something to hide. It's just the way my brain is [unfortunately] wired.

I am very afraid to have my stuttering be confused with being under some kind of influence (drugs/alcohol) or being too nervous (as if I had something to hide). Therfore I am planning on taking a printed card explaining the situation above (the stuttering), that I'd hand over to the officer in the case of a traffic stop. Would you advise for or against that? Would a LEO read such a card?

If the card thing is a bad idea, how would you advise me to let an eventual officer know that I do stutter, and it has nothing to do with a traffic stop.

PS: I don't plan on breaking any traffic laws, but I never know if someone will hit me, for example.

I had a compulsion with WOS. 20 minutes wouldn't go by without me checking the game. I had 3 characters, and in one of them I had spent a few thousand US$.

I would check the game at work. I'd skip lunch with friends so I could take part in BT or other events. I stopped practing guitar so I could be online, doing stuff in the game.

I was addicted - and in the worst possible way: it was taking a huge part of my life, keeping away from friends and other social activities.

Then I decided to stop. Cold turkey. And I haven't felt better in many months. In the first week I still felt the urge to open the game, but then I decided to delete my characters and uninstall the freaking thing.

I am back to playing guitar everyday. I have lunch with my workmates, I have a huge part of my life back, not to mention I stopped spending money on it every single day as if it was an obligation. I stopped felling bad for not achieving something in the game (although I was consistently one of the top 10 players in my state).

I must admit this game is very well built to maximize addiction, compulsion, expenditure and hook you. It's like digital crack cocaine with fentanyl, because it hooks you very quickly, and then drags you in, and down you go.

So, my word of advice for you all who are hooked to WOS is: it is not too late to quit, no matter how much you've spent on it. You'll never have that money back, or that value, and you'll only close yourself to the life that is happening around you.

I have 2 piholes at home, both configured for DNS and DHCP servers (for redundancy).

The DHCP lease ranges are configured as follows:

• pihole 1 : 192.160.0.51 - 192.168.0.100
• pihole 2 : 192.160.0.101 - 192.168.0.150

The range from .10 to .50 is reserved to be assigned by MAC addresses, and both piholes have the same list of static leases, with the same IPs.

What I'd like is to have the database of dynamic leases be shared among both piholes. Is that possible?
