Is customer service quality dipping across all banks or is it just my personal experience.

I bank with icici, HDFC and IDFC bank! I have never had any expectation from hdfc from day 1 because I have never had a good experience with them either on call or branch. But I used to love icici customer service, not its just changed in last couple of years. They have no empathy, customer service back answers to the customer. I am a wealth account holder and the service is substandard. Same story with IDFC Bank, they were superb before now they are just trying to hard sell stuff. I asked my relationship manager to help me get a better rate on OD on FD and he started selling me personal loan which was at an exorbitant rate. And AI bots aren’t helping either it’s just making the experience worse.

I absolutely hate the low effort Honda has put into the adventure trim… I can think of 10 things that I can do to make the car adventure ready

OP turned 40 today! I was to get a Rolex for my birthday but ended up getting one 4 months before my birthday! Added another watch to my collection just for fun! Trying it on! Will wear to work tomorrow:)
