My mother watches a supposed doctor on youtube and his advice was to try walking backwards sometimes because it works out different muscles. He also said to try doing this in the outdoors because there are more uneven surfaces.

This is a bit frustrating because she never listens to any advice I give her(like not walking backwards) and she's very stubborn

I am not asking for medical advice. It's about the size of a pencil tip. sometimes it becomes slightly raised and slightly itchy and more prominent and other time I hardly even notices that it's there. But it never actually goes away, it's always there.
