Is my Gyarados sculpt worthy?

Added a Gyarados to my sculpted squad of Pokemon, what do you think? Sculpting is a newer hobby of mine, so I have a lot of room for improvement, but it's been very therapeutic trying to make scale-size Pokemon.

It's cool having a Titan like Gyarados in the group, the size difference is just visually interesting to me, maybe I will sculpt a very small pokemon next.

Made with polymer clay, foil, wire and acrylic paint.

Added a couple full team shots for you guys as well hope you like em 😁

Gyarados sculpt - did I do alright?

Hi everyone! I just got done with another Pokemon sculpt and just wanted to share the end result - this time I tried to make Gyarados since he is so large, it would be an eye-catching team of Pokemon when next to each other!

Made of polymer clay with aluminum foil and armature wire for body frame. Painted with acrylic and gloss.

Added some extra pics of the entire group also, I hope you like them!

Hi everyone! I just got done with another Pokemon sculpt and just wanted to share the end result - this time I tried to make Gyarados since he is so large, it would be an eye-catching team of Pokemon when next to each other!

I went with three different shades of colors for the body, plus one metallic color with some random stippling for a "scaly" effect but it didn't look very scaly at all. However I am not unhappy with the color pattern.

The pose is more snakelike, as it was the best way to pose the figure so it could stand on its own, unlike gyarados' usual undulating pose.

Other than that, I was pretty stoked making it, even though it could improve a lot. I tried to get it as close to scale size as possible, does it seem accurate?

Made of polymer clay with aluminum foil and armature wire for body frame. Painted with acrylic and gloss.

Added some extra pics of the entire group, and my cramped little display space. Hope you enjoy!

[self] Mewtwo, Tyranitar and Kabutops - 2026, polymer clay and aluminum

All made to scale according to lore too 😁 what do y'all think?

I'm putting a Poke-squad together! So far I've sculpted Mewtwo, Kabutops and Tyranitar, who else belongs in the roster? Give me the most badass team you can make!

Would also love some feedback on these sculpts! I tried going for a more aggressive look than the original pokemon drawings, so I've made Mewtwo more lean for example, and added more armor to Tyranitar. Definitely required me to sculpt and bake in phases to add more parts as the base layers hardened.

Once my camera arrives I should be able to do some videos on sculpting but for now just pics.

Made with sculpey and firm cosclay for higher detail areas, molded around aluminum and wire for frames. Tried to make sure they were scaled to size according to lore too 😁

While other dogs act excitable and crazy, my puppygirl Kinja (11 months) always stays still during picture time!

She is so smart! Because we've taken so many pictures of her and we've told her endless times to sit still with the camera out, she now knows when the camera come out, she should stay still and smile. The tail wag is non-negotiable though. She is my little angel forever 👼

I shared my chubby Alien creation to r/goblincore so it only made sense to share him with my lichcore friends! I hope you guys accept him. His name is Geno the Xeno and he is a Xenomorph at heart

Went ahead and made a little chubby Xenomorph. He is just pretty chill and likes to game a bit and have some snacks. I call him Geno the Xeno I hope you enjoy him

I saw someone ask on a different subreddit, why are all xenomorphs tall and lanky? I wanted to make a Xenomorph that was counter to the typical body standard for their kind lol... I call him Eugene the Xenomorph, or Geno the Xeno.

Polymer clay around an aluminum framework.

Bonus photos with his lore-accurate brother that I sculpted a few months ago, and bonus bonus with my cat who looks like Jonesy impersonator.

I made a gobliny version of a Xenomorph from Aliens, I hope you guys accept him. His name is Geno the Xeno, and he is a bit of an introvert and likes to chill. Not really about that rah rah hive mind mentality
