Fantasy always works best with a real piece as HEAVY inspiration.
Ancient clothes are extremely easy to make well and the armor is also much more available in decent quality, compared to the standard "medieval/renaissance-ish" style. Not to mention how much comfier ancient fits are in summer!

The Witcher larps we do in my scene pretty much never feature witchers and sorcerers and definitely not as player characters. This does a ton for keeping the correct atmosphere and having solid stories.
This was a fun project, 1,5mm mild.
It was apparently really fun and had some 170 fighters, but it's hard to take photos of long range skirmish games.
Yes the tank works and shoots dried peas.
