He keeps using the back of his tongue and can't get him to figure it out. I know he'll eventually figure it out but we had him screened for preschool and that's one of the things they were concerned about. I guess we just didn't realize he was skipping over it. We read every day to him multiple books. He knows his ABCs and can count to 15 already. Does anyone know any good ways to get him to pick up on it? I tried just showing him.
Sawdust spawn bags? Inoculate logs? Totems? Can I just throw some in a garden bed with wood chips? I'd just like to grow enough to show them off at farmers markets along with my other gourmets. But they may be a big part of my marketing.

Hey there all. I've been following a routine the last couple weeks to help with my back pain. Weirdly it starts with walking backwards for five minutes as a warm up. The routine does help but I'm looking for a different warm up than retro walking. Any ideas?
I stretch my hip flexors after walking backwards. Then I do my glutes. Then I do my back stretches. Obviously working on my core is ideal and I'm doing that but honestly this is same day pain relief for chronic lower back pain. I just don't like walking backwards and I doubt it's doing much but I want to experiment. I'm mostly looking for something I can do easily and quietly without weights for now.

How did it affect you directly? Did you notice something different? I'm looking for answers from observers as well. I'm just worried about starting all over at a different dept. Pool is 12,500 gallons. Pump they recd is hayward powerflo matrix 1.5 dual speed. Filter is hayward xtream 150 sq ft cartridge. I looked up the filter and it turns over 57k gallons every 8 hours with 1.5 inch hoses.
